gary mackinnon update: renewed hope for uk hacking trial
A judicial review of celebrated hacker Gary MacKinnon's lengthy extradition proceedings, were conducted fairly according to an article at The Register. Nonetheless, MacKinnon's mother Janis Sharp sees hope in Dominic Grieve, the present UK Attorney General, "... [he] has always insisted that Gary should be tried in the UK and that the forum should be brought into use by our judges in extradition cases," she said. The present writer suspects a purpose to the lopsided treaty.  The treaty may very well revert to greater parity, once, United States gets want it wants? Any reader will continue to have imagination titillated by thought of what MacKinnon may have seen! You may get an idea of what MacKinnon saw on Pentagon computers from a previous post here.
