Chembombs Newest Form of Geoengineering

Are Chemtrails to be supplemented by next gen  Geoengineering called Chembombs?  New term explained by Bruce Douglas at recent Consciousness Beyond Chemtrails Conference. You can get up to speed by impressive description of Hurricane Isaac (left) as it suddenly changes direction into a northern route!  Satellite data collected by NOAA Visualization Lab, GOES SAT, and MODIS SAT, makes interpretation persuasive!  Chembombs are another strategy added to weather modification repertoire.  Thanks goes to Zen Gardner for the link!  Video is a must see!
