haarpie: harping on haarp

Are you a hopeless HAARPie? Do you finger HAARP at the first sign of an improbable "natural" catastrophe? Are you accused of having a "one track mind" when it comes to HAARP? It's true, there are other plausible causes, even other forms of scalar weapons and quantum potential weapons. Jane Burgermeister is the latest to fall prey to the impulse in a recent article, "Did HAARP Cause The Earthquake In Japan?". A very strong case is made, "in the case of Haiti, low frequency signals of 2,1 Hz were detected for 40 hours before the earthquake occurred while in the case of Japan something similar happened. Low frequency signals of 2,5 Hz were detected for about 55 hours before the earthquake occurred off the coast of Japan as well as for 4 hours afterwards," according to Burgermeister's facts.


The Austrian science journalist concludes, "a steady signal lasting for so many hours at such a low frequency is highly likely not caused by natural activity in space but by some type of artificial ”human-made” activity..[and]..the devastating earthquake in Japan with nuclear reactor core meltdowns as most probably ”man made” and deliberate."

Burgermeister is not alone as Stephen Lendman also questions in a recent article, "Japan's Earthquake: Natural or Engineered?" It's a straight shot from Gakona, AK where the HAARP facility is located to the coastal waters just off Japan. If it sounds like HAARP, is it HAARP?

kecksburg ufo: non-believers vs believers

At 4:45pm on December 9, 1965, many reports of a fireball flooded phones at WHJB radio in nearby Greenburg, PA. Robert Gatty wrote the following story that appeared in the Tribune-Review the next morning, "Unidentified Flying Object Falls near Kecksburg — Army Ropes off Area," Authorities informed residents at the site, it was a meteor crash. By the next day, both, local authorities and the US government denied anything fell and nothing found! Stan Gordon, a 16-year old in 1965 and riveted to radio and TV coverage, marked a beginning of four decades of research into the Kecksburg incident.

Gordon provides perhaps the best description of the object. "...large enough for a man to stand inside of it. The object was a bronze-gold color, and appeared to be one solid piece of metal, displaying no rivets or seams. At the back of the acorn shape was..the bumper area.  Upon this area were unusual markings that..looked similar to ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics."

The following conclusions are made by Gordon after extensive interviews, "based on the accounts of multitudes of eyewitnesses which I have interviewed, I am convinced that an object did fall from the sky and apparently was removed by the military. Other witnesses say they saw NASA personnel at the scene that night also involved in the search".

A Sightings episode covers "bitter controversy" of a coverup and animosity between believers and non-believers in the Kecksburg UFO. There are professionals who argue for a meteor, "The Fireball of December 8, 1965-Part I," and others such as James Oberg argue debris from Kosmos 96, a failed Russian satellite.

Leslie Kean, an investigative reporter, provides a recent summary of the Kecksburg controversy, "Forty Years of Secrecy: NASA, The Military and the 1965 Kecksburg Crash<," and adds a couple of updates. In 2003, it was determined damage to top of trees in the woods near Kecksburg confirm something crashed there. Kean also cites Nicholas Johnston, a leading orbital debris expert, who asserts time of crash eliminates the Russian satellite. The present writer believes the strongest argument of an important event, is the fate of John Murphy, a WHJB reporter, who produced a radio special, "Object in the Woods". The WHJB office manager at the time reveals on this UFO files episode, Murphy received a visit by government men and lost all enthusiasm for the project and aired an edited broadcast.

The Wikipedia entry adds, "after the airing, Murphy became uncharacteristically despondent and completely stopped all investigation on the case and refused to talk to anyone about it again, and never gave clear reasons why. In February 1969, Murphy was struck and killed by an unidentified car in an apparent hit-and-run while crossing a road. The hit-and-run occurred near Ventura, California while Murphy was on vacation." Murphy's fate, irreconcilable differences among Kecksburg residents and numerous debunking efforts, are strongest arguments, for a government coverup of an important retrieval event!

The steep decline follows a further round of major redundancies at the start of 2011 and the continued growth of Facebook, which now has 30 million registered users in the UK. According to the latest comScore figures, MySpace lost 10 million unique users between January and February of this year, going form 73 million to 63 million in a matter of four weeks. This time last year, when site began the first in a series of major relaunches, MySpace attracted 95 million unique users. Parent company News Corporation is reportedly still trying to sell off the ailing social network – which had hopes to reinvent itself through its streaming service, MySpace Music and its renewed focus on entertainment content. At the start of the year Mike Jones, MySpace’s chief executive announced that the company was making 500 staff members redundant and slashing its international operation to a skeleton staff.

what does germany know? is it only stuxnet?

Why has Germany taken the drastic action of shutting down its seven oldest reactors and doing safety checks for the remaining online nuclear plants, is it Stuxnet? The German nuclear power industry may have decided to act before there is another Chernobyl or Fukushima? Stuxnet is a demonstrated threat. Is it the Germans only concern?

In a PAKCONNECTS post, "Why Merkel hurriedly ordered the shut down of German reactors? Israel!", possible reasons for concern are cited, "Germany has pulled out of NATO operations due to disagreements over the mission in Libya...voted in favor of a UN Security Council resolution calling the Israeli settlements in occupied Palestinian territory illegal..." The Japanese have, also, sided with the Palestinians. The post continues with another observation, "...same Israeli company providing ‘security’ to Japan’s reactors is the one that’s also responsible for the nukes in Germany."

On March 16th, the Puma chopper of German Chancellor Angela Merkel suffered simultaneous flameouts of both engines. The helicopter is nearly new and had only dropped off Merkel a couple hours before. You can view the Eurocopter here. Are there threats being made behind the scenes?

The Steve Jackson Illuminati card game continues to attract attention--and rightfully so! Does the card game represent foreknowledge? The combined disaster card, pictured, is only the most recent card to sound alarm bells to a possible long-term Illuminati plan behind world events. In the picture is the Ginza Wako Clock in Tokyo (circled), there are silhouettes in the foreground clothed in what appears to be traditional Japanese dress. The most eerie observation are the hands of the clock on the three and 11, which can be interpreted as the date of the Japan disaster, 3-11, and regarded as an Illuminati signature. Truther girl Sonia reports on the card, last week, in a You Tube Video. Is everyone reading too much into it? The present writer admits the clock may or may not be the Wako clock tower and the dress is hard to determine? Sonia points out, however, Mitchell Coombes felt confident enough in the combined disaster card to make the prediction on Facebook.

The Illuminati card game appears suspicious to any rational mind. Perhaps the best argument there's something more in the cards than a game is the March 9th, 1990 raid of Steve Jackson games by the Secret Service. The Cutting Edge website offers their frank assessment, "...the real reason the Secret Service invaded S.J. Games was to shut them down so they could not produce the game "Illuminati -- New World Order (INWO), for it revealed too much of the plan that was still 11 years in the future. You be the judge."

The 1995 edition of Illuminati cards, if you're not familiar, shows clearly in the Terrorist Nuke and Pentagon cards the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. The odds are just too long to accept as coincidence! The topper for the present writer is the card with the oil-soaked brown Pelican, which is the Louisiana state bird under the heading, Oil Spill. Readers are left to wonder about Steve Jackson and his motives for the game?

All of us should look for the future in the 330 cards of the Illuminati decks, which can be viewed here, and be forewarned--it's what the Illuminati would want! The real message is: you have to be a moron to completely dismiss a plan may be at work behind world events!

1953 kinross incident and the moncla memories

On the evening of November 23, 1953, Lt. Felix Eugene Moncla Jr., pilot, and radar operator, Lt. Robert Wilson were scrambled in a F-89C Scorpion from Kinross AFB while on temporary assignment on the upper Michigan peninsula in pursuit of an unidentified "bogey". Radar operators tracked the F-89 and the unknown blip until they merged in an apparent collision and then disappeared. The Scorpion's last known position, according to this account, "...was about seventy miles off Keweenaw Point in upper Michigan, at an altitude of 8,000 feet, approximately 160 miles northwest of Soo Lock".

The Air Force served up weak explanations such as Moncla suffered vertigo. The radar blips explained away as "phantom echos" from the plane. There is, also, the coincidence of another F-89C that crashed earlier in the day on a training mission from Truax Field, and the pilot, a Moncla friend. The F-89 introduced in the late forties was viewed reliable by 1953. The incident remains a mystery to this day.

The "Kinross Incident" takes quite a turn after Gordon Heath begins his personal research. Heath was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada nine months after the incident on the other side of Lake Superior. The Canadian relates a pivotal trip as a child to the top of a hill with a man on the lake's shore. The tale can be heard in this Out There interview. The researcher learned the man was Robert Wilson. Wilson revealed the F-89 disappearance was due to a UFO and he was the pilot. Heath's experience is so deep and extensive he had DNA testing done. This personal odyssey is documented in "The Moncla Memories". It's hard to dismiss as confabulation or mental illness on Gord Heath's part, the interviews and one hour documentary are fascinating!

Debris in space is a growing concern. Space Junk has made a necessity of cataloging space objects, the launch of a surveillance satellite, and will result in more near earth collisions. Vanguard 1 launched on March 17, 1958, the fourth artificial satellite and first to use solar cells(pictured), remains in medium earth orbit at a minimum altitude 400 miles above Earth. The orbit insures the satellite remains aloft for centuries and the oldest surviving man-made object in space.

At the time of launch, for perspective, Dick Powell's Zane Grey Theatre first aired "the Sharpshooter," which later ran as a series, "The Rifleman". This was a Navy launch as NASA only became operational on October 1, 1958. "Tequila" by the Champs became a surprise hit and number 1 song on pop charts.

Vanguard 1, six inches in diameter and a weight of three pounds, was dubbed "the grapefruit satellite" by Nikita Kruschev an unfavorable comparison to the more muscular 200lb. Sputnik. Vanguard 1 has orbited the Earth over 200,000 times. Will private enterprise clean up space with salvage operations? A small Vanguard 1 would make a great piece of space memorabilia! There are over 20,000 large objects in earth orbit. Will smaller objects provide plausible cover for laser fire by parties engaged in covert space wars?

moret: japan disaster tectonic nuclear warfare--california next

Radiation expert Leuren Moret states, matter-of-factly, her conviction California to be next! Moret has repeated for years a FEMA announcement on Sept. 10, 2001 that ranked top three disasters likely to befall United States. Two on the list, a terrorist attack on New York and a hurricane in New Orleans have transitioned into realm of fact, both, HAARP-triggered according to Moret. The third is an earthquake in San Francisco near her home in the Bay Area. "Japan's deadly game of nuclear roulette," a 2004 Japan Times article by Moret, appears prophetic in its urgency and a must read.

An annotated diagram made by the independent scientist, at the time (pictured), shows the four tectonic plates Japan is perilously perched and locations of reactors. Moret believes main reason a volatile earthquake zone such as Japan has 52 plants, is simply "the power of gaiatsu"(foreign pressure). In recent article by Alfred Lambremont Webre, "Scientist: Japan earthquake, nuke 'accident' are tectonic nuclear warfare," Moret relates, again, with calm conviction HAARP triggered Japan quake and points to circumstances. The 2006 sale of Rockefeller-controlled interests in the Japansese energy market to Hitachi represents a red flag. Why would they sell a lucrative business?

The present writer admires Moret's courage to advance seemingly sci-fi concepts such as HAARP and scalar weaponry in open discussion. "A HAARP earthquake around the San Onofre and Diablo Canyon nuclear plants in California could also be foreshadowed by the Japan HAARP earthquake, and be the 3rd event..."

The scientist, also observes, storage of spent fuel rods in cooling pools above each of the six reactors at the Fukushima nuclear plant --"just complete insanity"--in must see companion video interview! Moret does not back away either from attributing comic book-style evil intent to perpetrators and believes, "...this is a new form of warfare, it's much...more venal, malicious and deficient. We are now ruled and controlled by a totalitarian scientific oligarchy. It's up to us to stop these people."

The message seems to play off fear and reason should prevail in any decision? What's to stop what government remains after a catastrophe to declare an underground shelter--a detention camp? A finished shelter with all amenities is appealing--even in Nebraska--and may be right for you? The present writer wants simply to reinforce message: buyer beware! Is it terra vivos or subterran muerte?

x-51a waverider test flight

A test of X-51A set to achieve hypersonic flight today, dropped from under the wing of a B-52, reports Universe Today. You can view the previous May 26, 2010 flight on You Tube, where the X-plane performed for 200 seconds. X-planes are designed to be dropped from under a wing of a B-52. Test fights conducted over the Pacific Ocean take off primarily from Edwards AFB in California. A nice history of the X-Plane program is available on NASA website.

A description of hypersonic plane is provided by US Air Force website:

"...flight test vehicle stack is approximately 25 feet long and includes a modified solid rocket booster from an Army Tactical Missile, a connecting interstage, and the X-51A cruiser... cruiser is designed to ride its own shockwave, thus the nickname, Waverider...distinctive, shark-nosed cruiser... houses the heart of the system, an SJY61 supersonic combustion ramjet or scramjet engine built by Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne designed to burn JP-7 jet fuel. Boeing's Phantom Works performed overall air vehicle design, assembly and testing for the X-51's various component systems."

A booster allows X-51A to reach sufficient speed, where scramjet engine can fire and ride the wave. It's compared to lighting a match in a hurricane and keeping it lit!

A glimpse of intended use for X-51A is clearly stated in this space.com article, "'we could have in the future such things as hypersonic weapons that fly 600 nautical miles in 10 minutes,' said Charlie Brink, X-51A program manager with the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, during a June 1[2010] teleconference. [Most destructive space weapon concepts.]" I feel safer with the knowledge that military can deliver payloads anywhere on planet in just hours! I suspect former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, who placed programs under Air Force auspices, is smiling!

Richard Sharpe Shaver, writer and artist, created enough excitement in the heady days of paranormal phenomena and UFOs it's known as "The Shaver Mystery". Shaver wrote a letter to Amazing Stories magazine in 1943 with details of an ancient alphabet called Mantong. Ray Palmer, editor, published the letter to mark the beginning of a period of more than five years from 1943-1949, where Shaveriana produced stories and controversy. Palmer requested more from Shaver and resulted in a heavily edited book in 1944, which can be read in a free .pdf, "I Remember Lemuria". Shaver related memories and time living under the Earth's surface in a honeycombed world of caverns among deros and teros.

Deros and teros are abandoned survivors from an advanced civilization that fled Earth around 40th century BCE. The Sun's radioactivity was slowly killing the race known as Titan-Atlans. Deros are a shrunken group of evil dwarfs, who are insane, due to insufficient Vitamin D and radiation exposure. Teros are another group who survived but maintained health. Deros are a threat to surface dwellers and Shaver believed killed, both, his brother and wife. Teros try to help those on the surface.

Tim Swartz provides an excellent synopsis of the mystery in, "Richard Shaver's Inner Earth Mysteries". You can hear Palmer and Shaver on the Long John Nebel radio show from WOR, New York, circa 1958, here. You can see Palmer in a 1977 interview, which marked the 30th anniversary of UFO sighting by pilot Kenneth Arnold, whose account Palmer published in the first issue of Fate magazine. Shaver studied art and married his instructor, his "Visions of a Subterranean World," by Doug Skinner is a summary of Shaver's art and acceptance in the genre of outsider art.

Richard Sharpe Shaver is largely dismissed and forgotten, but there is just enough in his stories to leave a reader's mind with question marks. Shaver spent time in mental hospitals and suffered schizophrenia and depression. Palmer, whose stunted growth left him only four feet tall, found a home in science fiction for most of his life. These two outsiders helped create the science fiction market. Shaver would object to calling it fiction, however!

Fukushima plant uses Siemens Supervisory Control And Data Acquistion Software (SCADA), which Stuxnet is designed specifically to target. Is Stuxnet implicated in rendering, say, water pumps inoperable, a question asked recently on The Ugly Truth podcast? A Stuxnet link is also examined at whatREALLYhappened.com, "So now the difficulty the Fukushima nuclear plant operators faced in recovering control over their runaway reactors takes on a darker significance. Remember that the first problem following the quake was that the automated shutdown systems failed to operate at some of the reactors, because pumps failed and valves would not open even while running on batteries; the very sorts of mischief Stuxnet supposedly was designed to cause at Iran's power station." Multiple failures experienced at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant begs the question whether Stuxnet malware involved? Webster Tarpley's call for action seems truer than ever at the moment: get active--or get radioactive!

A March 1st UFO sighting over Siberia tied to underwater alien base, "some locals blamed the event on a alien UFO base said to exist beneath Lake Baikal." Tangible facts are hard to come by, but circles in the thin ice of Lake Baikal (picture) are puzzling . Thermal activity and convection believed responsible for warm water columns that rise to melt surface ice. An article at the Earth Observatory page on NASA website, however, finds circle at south end of lake in relatively deep water a challenge to this belief.

In "UFO Encounters Of Russian Navy Released," the article reports in 1982 case, "a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured." In the March 1st sighting, first article also revealed, "only hours prior to this event, air-traffic controllers in Yakutks, Siberia claim to have picked up a UFO on radar traveling at 6000 mph at a height of 65000. When they tried to speak with the crew of that craft they heard bizarre cat noises being uttered to them."

Thousands of local Irkutsk residents witnessed a huge object, glowing pink and blue, hurtle towards earth, followed by a loud explosion heard over a wide area. Russian officials declared crash site classified and would not reveal location.

Yet, police and maternity wards mark full moons on their calenders. A You Tube video examines a supposition, "Are Full Moons Linked to Lunacy?" On March 19th at sunset, it will be a full moon at its nearest point--or perigee--to Earth--a Super Moon. You're not a lunatic to take in a Super Moon, but to miss one could be super lunacy.

Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange warned Cambridge students, who waited hours to hear him speak, internet is "greatest spying machine the world has ever seen," in article at guardian.co.uk. Assange continued, "It [the web] is not a technology that favours freedom of speech. It is not a technology that favours human rights. It is not a technology that favours civil life. Rather it is a technology that can be used to set up a totalitarian spying regime, the likes of which we have never seen. Or, on the other hand, taken by us, taken by activists, and taken by all those who want a different trajectory for the technological world, it can be something we all hope for." Has Assange been directed to convince Anglo-American elite the internet represents a threat? The present writer views Assange as an agent for the global elite and enjoys a relationship with Israel as related in a previous post here.

Assange also responded to an inquiry about Bradley Manning, "we have no idea whether he is one of our sources. All our technology is geared up to make sure we have no idea...there is no allegation that he was arrested as the result of anything to do with us. The allegation is that he was arrested as a result of him speaking to Wired magazine in the United States."

Is Assange's message shutdown the internet to stop "totalitarian spying regime"? Is there a war on technology? It seems, both, the web and nuclear power are under attack. The global elite do not fancy technology as it represents a challenge to their control and domination!

In a 20-page white paper (PDF), the Obama administration called on the U.S. Congress to fix "deficiencies that could hinder enforcement" of intellectual property laws... In October 2008, President Bush signed into law the so-called Pro IP ACT, which created Espinel's position and increased penalties for infringement, after expressing its opposition to an earlier version. Unless legislative proposals--like one nearly a decade ago implanting strict copy controls in digital devices--go too far, digital copyright tends not to be a particularly partisan topic. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, near-universally disliked by programmers and engineers for its anti-circumvention section, was approved unanimously in the U.S. Senate. You can follow robo-shuttle, or if you're Russia and China, a space plane and secret weapon from humble beginnings under NASA X-33 project to present adoption by United States Air Force (USAF). The X-37B is shrouded in secrecy, its objectives never publicly declared. The present writer believes, if you cannot declare publicly there's a reason. Are X-37B objectives a matter of national security, i.e., war? Space Travel article by Morris Jones, an Australian writer, asks the questions not found in the mainstream American press.  The Australian wonders what is behind closed payload doors--as picture labels it--in the experimental bay?  Morris believes two testing programs are conducted: 1) space plane and 2) the cargo.  The second experimental program "... is the cargo carried inside... In principle, there's no strictly technical reason for both of these programs to be carried out in parallel on the same mission. But the 'twin tests' have probably come about for practical reasons. The history of the program yields some light on this."

The article continues with pairing of X-37B with a renewal of spy satellite research by the NRO and a dovetailing of interests. "For the NRO, the X-37B program provides a timely opportunity to do recoverable testing of such items[new operational spy satellites]." "X-37B: This Is Only A Test," is a must read and agree, "... some mysteries can be solved by deduction," others will simply remain due to government and military blackout.

Is everyone imagining things by suspecting HAARP of causing 8.9 earthquake off the coast near Honshu, Japan on March 11?  Was HAARP turned on March 9 just in time for foreshocks?  Just a year ago, Venezuela Preseident Hugo Chavez suspected US hit Haiti with earthquake weapon. In January, HAARP was suspected for dead birds, fish around the world. In 2008, You Tube video captured rainbow colored clouds over Sichuan China just prior to 7.8 earthquake and thought to be signature of HAARP's disturbance of the atmosphere. Benjamin Fulford, former Forbes Asia Bureau chief, reviews attacks on Japan using HAARP, including 2007 Nigata, Japan earthquake in this You Tube video.

ancient astronauts: india's vimana craft powered by quicksilver

The late Dr. V Raghavan, a sanskrit scholar after fifty years of research, could only conclude as long ago as 4,000 BC, "there is a just a mass of fascinating information about flying machines, even fantastic science fiction weapons, that can be found in translations of the Vedas (scriptures), Indian epics, and other ancient Sanskrit text." Our knowledge of these craft come primarily from the Indian epics, Mahabharata and Ramayana. A nice synopsis of the two epics and their ages can be read here. In the earlier epic Ramayana, it's related, "Vimanas, or flying machines, that navigated at great heights with the aid of quicksilver and a great propulsive wind." In the Mahabharata, Bhima, the second eldest son of Pandu, “...flew with his vimana on an enormous ray which was as brilliant as the sun and made a noise like the thunder of a storm."

The ancient Indian flying machines were first referred to in literature as Ratha(chariots), which later gave way to Vimana(flying objects).  There were three classes according to this source, craft travelling 1) place to place, 2) country to country and 3) between planets.

There are ominous undertones in the Ramayana and Mahabharata epics, as they are depicted as occurring in different ages or "yugas," the former in the Treta Yuga and the latter in the Dwapara Yuga. In Hindu mythology, there is a cycle of four yugas, the best and least corrupt is the Krita Yuga, compared to a cow standing on all four legs and most stable.  The Treta and Dwapara are "Ages of Three and Two" and we are currently in the Kali Yuga-the worst age of all--the most unstable and compared to a cow teetering on only one leg! There is an insightful You Tube video, which refers to this decline as aircraft devolution, "Ancient Indian Aircraft". Are we, in fact, on a 3.4 million year slide in lost knowledge and technology?

counter-intel paranoia: canadian coins bugged with transmitters

A service report from the counter-intelligence office of the US Defense secret service titled, Technology Collection Trends in the U.S. Defense Industry, contained the following, "on at least three separate occasions between October 2005 and January 2006, cleared defense contractors' employees traveling through Canada have discovered radio frequency transmitters embedded in Canadian coins placed on their persons." The CBC article is weak when it suggests RFID tags and acknowledges the type of transmitter remains unknown. David Harris, a former Canadian Secret Intelligence Service officer, adds color to article,"you could almost, by handing a coin to somebody, achieve the equivalent of the Mafiosi's last kiss on the cheek." A coin could easily be deposited in a vending machine, is an objection raised which seems valid. The present writer believes, however, government agencies will attempt anything to justify bloated budgets. The article is worth reading just to gain familiarty with-more esoteric agencies in our labyrinthine government - we never hear about otherwise!

astronomers continue to monitor apophis

Astronomers are still interested in asteroid Apophis. The object of their infatuation will be observable for the next few months, according to an article at Universe Today, "...for three years, the asteroid’s orbit had it “hiding” behind the Sun, but it has now emerged...in 2012, Apophis will again become observable for approximately nine months. In 2013, the asteroid will pass close enough to Earth for ultraprecise radar signals to be bounced off its surface." The expected close encounter of 2029 and how it will affect the asteroid's orbit, remains a source of excitement. "On April 13, 2029, Apophis will come closer to Earth than the geosynchronous communications satellites that orbit Earth at an altitude of about 36,000 km (22,000 miles)." Measurements are too imprecise to make any judgment with certainty. There is the gravitational keyhole still in the back of many minds that "...Apophis would pass through a gravitational keyhole, a precise region in space no more than about 600 meters across,that would set up a future impact on April 13, 2036."

An extended program of monitoring Apophis is well-suited to condition minds for an inevitable asteroid impact. Wernher von Braun warned of a false enemies list that will be used to shepherd the world into a new order and a world religion. nasa scientist finds evidence of alien life

from digital trends: Aliens exist, and we have proof.

That astonishingly awesome claim comes from Dr. Richard B. Hoover, an astrobiologist at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, who says he has found conclusive evidence of alien life - fossils of bacteria found in an extremely rare class of meteorite called CI1 carbonaceous chondrites. (There are only nine such meteorites on planet Earth.) Hoover’s findings were published late Friday night in the Journal of Cosmology, a peer-reviewed scientific journal.

“I interpret it as indicating that life is more broadly distributed than restricted strictly to the planet earth,” Hoover, who has spent more than 10 years studying meteorites around the world, told FoxNews.com in an interview. “This field of study has just barely been touched — because quite frankly, a great many scientist [sic] would say that this is impossible.”

Hoover discovered the fossils by breaking apart the CI1 meteorite, and analyzing the exposed rock with a scanning-electron microscope and a field emission electron-scanning microscope, which allowed him to detect any fossil remains. What he found were fossils of micro-organisms (pictured here), many of which he says are strikingly similar to those found on our own planet (pictured above).

Mystery builds as Russians quit drilling for season. The drill lies less than 50 feet from subglacial Lake Vostok environment. Russians leave a two mile borehole filled with kerosene to prevent freezing, until drilling resumes in December. Mystery surrounds the lake even thicker than the two miles of ice covering it. There is a reluctance to penetrate an environment separated from the rest of the world for thousands of years. The pristine lake could be contaminated in the process, but release of pressurized gases is also a concern.

Vostok station was established in 1957 by the Russians, who suspected the presence of water. A.P.Kapitsa attempted to verify a freshwater lake by seismic measurements in the fifties and sixties, but data failed to confirm it. Russian scientists were convinced though physical pressure exerted by the ice sheets, could reach melting temperatures.

In 1974, British scientists did a radar survey by flying over Antarctica and uncovered the terrain below ice of predominantly mountains, and on Christmas Day, what appeared to be a lake. A satellite study by space-based radar in 1991 confirmed the presence of one of the largest lakes in the world. A documentary, "The Lost World of Lake Vostok," provides an excellent summary of efforts made in the discovery.

Lake Vostok lies not only two miles down in complete darkness, but apparently a very old and deep lake. Vostok is about the size of Lake Ontario but with twice the volume and almost half as deep as Lake Baikal--the deepest lake in the world. NASA became interested because of similarities to Europa and viewed the lake as a testing ground.

Mystery helped propagate rumors a decade ago, when a NASA press conference was interrupted after allusions to "national security" concerns and intervention by the NSA.

The Art Bell show contributed to controversy with statement on air scientists were suffering ailments after returning from the South Pole. A McMurdo Station physician made a comment at the time to his replacement, "fill your pockets with salt," a hint to bring
iodine tablets because of radiation. It didn't end there.

Two million missing Nazis and base 211 have been tied to the lake. A 2009 Science Daily article can be worked into the conspiracy web, reporting a dynamic network of lakes below Antarctica--what better place for Nazi U-boats? The conspiracy-fest continues with possibility a large crystal, which powered legendary Atlantis, is the source of the magnetic anomaly detected at one end of Lake Vostok.

Is all the hype comic book fantasy or disinfo agents at work to obfuscate reality? Worse, has a virus we haven't encountered been released? Or, is the South Pole going to suffer a similar fate as the Gulf of Mexico? We won't have long to wait, December is the last month before apocalyptic 2012!

capt. kirk wakes up the discovery space shuttle crew

from cnn: At the intersection of science-fiction and science-fact was William Shatner on Monday. As James T. Kirk, the fictional captain of the Starship Enterprise, Shatner voiced the opening credits of the original "Star Trek" TV series and several movies since 1966. The 79-year-old actor reprised his role to wake up the crew of the space shuttle Discovery at 3:23 a.m. ET Monday. "Space, the final frontier. These have been the voyages of the space shuttle Discovery. Her 30-year mission: To seek out new science. To build new outposts. To bring nations together on the final frontier. To boldly go, and do, what no spacecraft has done before," Shatner said over the "Theme from Star Trek." This is the spacecraft's final scheduled mission. It has made 39 flights and 13 journeys to the international space station. Discovery undocked from the space station for the final time at 8:37 a.m., according to NASA, in preparation for its flight home. Discovery is scheduled to land at Florida's Kennedy Space Center shortly before noon Wednesday - one day later than originally scheduled. The nearly three-decade shuttle program is scheduled to end later this year.

cyberstalkers: a growing threat

Alexis Moore is a victim of cyberstalking who turned it around and into a career as a victim advocate, Survivors in Action. Moore's personal story, "'I Was a Victim of Cyberstalking' - One Woman's Story," relates she didn't put it together right away but soon realized, "...there was one person with enough information on me and knowledge of how to work the system to do this: my ex. I had a worst-case scenario cyberstalker — a man who knew all my passwords, addresses, birth date, mother's maiden name – all the personal stuff that makes up our technological identity. He was determined to use all of his knowledge against me and became the worst kind of cyberstalker – persistent, well-informed and malicious." Moore proved tough and savvy enough to prevail after three tough years and thousands of hours repairing the damage, but many victims are not so lucky. Cyberstalking is a growing threat and Moore details scarce statistics in another article, "Cyberstalking and Women - Facts and Statistics".

Actress Uma Thurman stalked by Jack Jordan since 2005, was in the news recently when the stalker relapsed by contacting her a violation of his probation. Jordan ranks number six on this list of top ten celebrity stalkers. Many cyberstalkers are disturbed - so beware!

cyber 3.0 and working towards rules governing cyber conflict

US Deputy Defense Secretary William Lynn III outlines Cyber 3.0 five part plan at a recent cybersecurity conference. The five parts are: 1) a need for cybercommandos for cybermissions, 2) active defenses for military networks, 3) ensure US infrastructure is protected (military will make resources available to private sector),  4) cooperative defenses with allies, and 5) maintaining preeminence in cybserspace. Part three presents privacy issues and part five appears to go beyond defense objectives. You can view Sec. Lynn's speech here that also includes references to Einstein 3.0, a newer version of an intrusion detection system mandated by the Homeland Security Act, which will monitor government computer traffic on private sites!

The cybersecurity conference sponsored by the East West Institute, a New York City think tank, seeks to define "rules of the road" for cyber conflict according to their website. The two biggest participants, Russia and United States, made joint recommendations, "Working Toward Rules for Governing Cyber Conflict"(pdf). The paper trumpets the application of principles from the Geneva Convention to cyberwar. Is this a control matrix taking shape right before our eyes? Will oligarchs reach agreement to dominate world?

Cybersecurity firm Ahnlab, in a guardian.co.uk article, reported a denial of service attack (DoS) that targeted "... websites belonging to South Korea's presidential office, the foreign ministry, the national intelligence service, US Forces Korea and major financial institutions." Park Kun-woo, Ahnlab spokesman, advised attacks were similar to past ones - a DoS type of attack, and largely, same websites involved. Ahnlab reported a computer user found a bug, and after analysis, discovered malware designed to attack websites. The targets were warned in advance, as a result, experienced only brief slow downs. South Korean officials, in the past, have traced cyberattacks back to China. The current article is only reporting, "it was not immediately clear from where Friday's attack originated." Does this represent new posturing - a reversal - in messages sent in a spirit of keeping peace?

NASA's Glory spacecraft crashes into ocean after failing to reach orbit, because housing atop the Taurus XL rocket did not separate. The launch took place shortly after 5am EST today from Vandenberg AFB. The failure costs NASA $420 million. Universe Today article reports loss also of mission's two primary goals, "...ongoing data collection to monitor the sun’s energy reaching Earth, and a study of how aerosols move through Earth’s atmosphere and may influence climate." You have to wonder why study climate change and potentially introduce more unwanted data? Scientists have lied about global warming and the elite too much invested as recalled in this Bloomberg article. The infrastructure exists for carbon trade and anything but global warming will be inconvenient for business!

Navy puts scare into writers at the Danger Room with references to "programmable materials". DARPA research includes a self-folding orgami that can turn into a small boat or plane. It may not seem threatening to have printed circuits fold into paper-like boats or planes? It's still worrisome that DARPA believes swarms of mini-bots can mimic the appearance of a human being with little more than computing power of a laptop and 3-D Desktop manufacturing. It's the same tech behind the 3-D object printer, Makerbot. "In the hands of intelligent robots, though, think of this more as the Easy-Bake Oven of the robot apocalypse."


A period of transhumanism approaches where "tranny" will mean a being or entity who has crossed and left humankind behind. Will there be new castes? A stratification of transhumans, cyborgs, cybots, almost humans and an underclass of unaltered humans? It's all about control. Programmable materials are desired as controllable by the elite. second US 'secret space warplane' x-37b to launch tomorrow

from the register: The US Air Force is set to launch its second X-37B miniature unmanned spaceplane - the type famously dubbed a "secret space warplane" by the Iranian government - on Friday. The USAF Rapid Capabilities Office, which oversees the X-37B programme, says that the second Orbital Test Vehicle mission (OTV-2) will lift off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station atop an Atlas V rocket, just as the preceding OTV-1 mission did, and will deploy the second of two X-37B spaceplanes currently owned by the airforce. The launch window will open at 3:39pm EST.

Once in orbit the X-37B deploys a solar panel array, unlike its bigger cousin the Space Shuttle which uses fuel cells for electrical power. Thus the little robot spaceplane can remain in orbit for much longer periods unsupported before re-entering the atmosphere to make a runway landing. The previous OTV-1 mission, carrying a payload which remains secret, lasted 224 days and ended with a successful landing at the Vandenberg military space base in California. As yet the USAF has not revealed the planned duration of the OTV-2 mission launching tomorrow, and again details of the payload are not being revealed.
