nasa to know sunday whether shuttle can fly monday...
from azstarnet: U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords remains in Florida, as NASA officials target Monday afternoon for the launch of the space mission her husband is commanding. The spacecraft Endeavour had been expected to lift off Friday afternoon. The mission, led by Capt. Mark Kelly, was scuttled slightly more than three hours before takeoff because of technical issues. Giffords traveled to Florida last Wednesday on a first-ever break from her Houston rehabilitation hospital. She’s recovering from a serious brain injury suffered Jan. 8, when she was shot through the head in an assassination attempt that killed six people and injured 12 others.

sbx: haarp at sea
Many experts such as Nick Begich, author of "Angels Don't Play This HAARP", suspect Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF) can induce an earthquake. The HAARP facility in Gakona, AK has gained notoriety as a possible offensive weapon. A Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX) system is getting attention as a seafaring platform that can transmit ELF. Jack Blood suspects SBX as the trigger in Japan quake in recent article at his Deadline Live website, "The broadcast was most likely being transmitted from a floating HAARP system like the floating Sea-Based X-Band Radar platform that can be moved anywhere in the Pacific or Atlantic ocean under the protection of a carrier strike group—like the USS Ronald Reagan." The USS Ronald Reagan was located in the Western Pacific at the time.
Blood supports his argument with frequency data from the HAARP Induction Magnetometer, "what you can also see is a constant ULF frequency of 2.5 Hz being recorded by the magnetometer. [technically, below 3Hz is Ultra Low Frequency (ULF)] The ULF 2.5 Hz frequency is evidence of an induced earthquake. The chart recorded this constant before, during and after the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck." A 2.5 Hz frequency is viewed as a signature frequency for inducing an earthquake! Blood asks us to keep an open mind on the cause of Japan quake and that there is evidence to support an argument that it's more than just conspiracy theory!

langner warns stuxnet generic
Cyber security expert Ralph Langner reports his research into Stuxnet in a must see video from a recent Ted Talk. While an article by Washington's Blog, "Could a Rogue Computer Virus be Used to Shut Down Nuclear Plants Worldwide?", has gone viral; the real news is Langner's revelation that "Stuxnet is generic", which implies its flexible code can easily attack other industrial sites not just nuclear plants. The Ugly Truth quotes Langner's pointed comment, “you fail to understand that the hacker underground has been studying control systems for years without any success. You fail to understand that this community will eagerly dismantle Stuxnet as a blueprint for how to cyber-attack installations from the cookie plant next door to power plants.” Virus protection will be at a premium for commercial applications!

april 28th morning planetary conjunction
Adrian West invites readers to rise a half hour before sunrise tomorrow, in order, to get a glimpse of Venus, Mercury, Jupiter and Mars in conjunction. West urges in a Universe Today article, "Planets Party in The Morning April 28-May 1": "Go out and with either a pair of binoculars, a small telescope, or just use your naked eyes and find an unobscured view of the Eastern horizon to see a conjunction (objects near each other in the sky) of the planets Jupiter, Mars, Venus and Mercury, below and to the left of the thin crescent moon." The month of May will provide more astronomical sights with details available here.

comet elenin coming dates
Apocalyptic passions have stirred since the discovery, last December, of Comet Elenin. The amateur discoverer Leonid Elenin has been the subject of conspiracy. ELE, the first three letters of the surname, can be interpreted as an acronym for Extinction Level Event. The comet approaches out of Constellation LEO, which may be an allusion to first three letters of the first name. Suspicions are expressed online Elenin is not even a real person--just a code name. Last month, Dutchsinse reported on a video that suddenly disappeared from NASA's Buzzroom, where the comet's calculated pass is believed very close, 40,000 miles! You can get a full serving of apocalypse from several videos linked here, which speculate Elenin is Nibiru, on Nostradamus quatrains and more.
Comet Elenin has accumulated gravis because of events coincidental with its alignment. A YouTube video went viral that seems to predict Japan quake of March 11th on March 8th.
Coincidences are listed below:
Chile earthquake Feb. 27, 2010 occurs during Elenin, Sun, Earth alignment.
Christchurch, New Zealand earthquake Sept. 4, 2010 during Elenin, Sun, Earth alignment.
Japan quake on March 11, 2011 on yet another Elenin, Sun and Earth alignment.
Upcoming dates to watch for Elenin precipitated events:
August 3 - Elenin crosses Earth’s orbit
Sept. 11 - Elenin closest to Sun
Sept. 26, 27 - Earth, Elenin, Sun alignment
Oct. 17 - Elenin closest to Earth
Oct. 31 through Nov. 5 - Earth crosses Elenin’s orbit
Nov. 23 - Earth, Elenin, Sun aligned
Dec. 27, 28 2012 - Earth, Elenin, Sun alignment
There are some strong coincidences here and make an argument for natural causes and not man made events such as HAARP. Everyone has something to look forward to this fall.

x minus one: radio sci-fi classic
"Countdown for blastoff... X minus five, four, three, two, X minus one... Fire!" Science fiction on the radio--or currently on .mp3 audio--can be enormously entertaining! In fact, science fiction can exercise your imagination. X Minus One, a revival of Dimension X that ran a year in 1950, produced 124 episodes from 1955 through 1958. These episodes have stood the test of time and still retain the power to captivate listeners. They are simply classic, and also, as with the best things in life, are free for download here.

chernobyl nuclear disaster: 25th anniversary
On 25th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, an amusement park stands nearby in abandoned Prypiat, Ukraine as a monument to unrealized dreams. The park was scheduled to open May 1, 1986--five days too late--and no one ever got a chance to ride the ferris wheel (pictured). Prypiat, a new city built in 1970 especially for the Soviet Union's nuclear power industry, remains a radioactive ghost town, today.
The unfolding Fukushima disaster raises important questions. A talking head like Professor Christopher Busby, informs us a fissioning reactor cannot be sealed like Chernobyl. Busby still compliments a rapid Russian response in comparison to a weak one in Japan. Col-Gen. Nikolai Antoshkin involved in the 1986 cleanup, as reported by The Telegraph, believes, "Soviet efforts to contain the Chernobyl nuclear disaster a quarter of a century ago were far better than Japan's 'slow-motion' response to the disaster at Fukushima.."
The present writer believes the courage and intelligence is clearly present to respond effectively at Fukushima. The sad reality is a reaction similar to Antoshkin's, "...said he was shocked at how poorly Japan had coped with its own nuclear disaster". Everyone should be asking what containment efforts can be implemented? There are other ways to effect a measure of containment even if a shroud of concrete to cover a fissioning reactor isn't possible. The world should be shouting--do something!

amazon says 'majority' of cloud problems resolved after crash
from dow jones: Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) said it resolved a majority of the technical problems that plagued its Web services business last week and prompted many websites to either crash or perform slowly. Amazon, which rents Web services and storage to companies, suffered from a glitch in one of its data centers that caused many companies to move to contingency plans as they waited for a full recovery. The company provided short status updates on its website as the technical problems lingered on Thursday and Friday and through the weekend...
Amazon disclosed early Thursday it was experiencing "instance connectivity, latency and error rates" with one of its data centers in northern Virginia. Start-ups such as Foursquare, Quora and Reddit suffered from service problems last week related to Amazon's technical issues. Those three sites now appear to be operating regularly. Amazon's Web-based services are often listed as a model for other such offerings. It allows users to run programs and store information remotely over the Internet, accessing the applications over the so-called "cloud" and eliminating the cost of operating the equipment themselves...
While Amazon's cloud glitch has sparked outrage among customers, Brian Marshall, an analyst at Gleacher & Co., said it's "highly unlikely" this blemish will hurt overall demand for enterprise infrastructure from cloud computing customers. "If anything, this interruption stresses the need for redundant offerings and backup," he said. Disaster recovery services and companies that provide backup systems, like EMC Corp. (EMC) and Quantum Corp. (QTM) could experience a boost in demand, Marshall added. Amazon shares recently edged down 0.36% at $185.22. The stock is up 3% this year.

large hadron collider rumoured to have found 'god particle'
from telegraph: A leaked internal memo contains unconfirmed reports that one of the detectors at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, near Geneva, had picked up signals that could be the long sought after particle, called the Higgs boson. One of the main scientific goals of the huge £6 billion atom smasher was to prove the existence of the Higgs boson, a theoretical particle believed to give everything in the universe mass. The particle is a key part of the standard model used in physics to describe how particles and atoms are made up. Rumours that scientists working on the LHC had found evidence of the Higgs boson began to circulate after an supposed internal memo was posted on the internet. But physicists were quick to urge caution over the claims as many candidates for the particle that appear in collision experiments at the LHC are subsequently dismissed on further examination.

arizona shooting suspected to be staged psyop
The shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in a Tucson parking lot in January, has fallen under suspicion of two independent investigators, Ed Chiarini and Stephanie Sledge. A photoshopped mug shot of Jared Lee Loughner hints something is amiss? Is the photo a sinister psyop lending the alleged shooter an evil clown-like appearance, borrowed from Glenn Beck? Chiarini suspects a staged event, based on school shooting drill or Exercise Plan (ExPlan), a link is at Wellaware1.com. A drill resembling Tucson shooting, would be termed a Full Scale Event(FSE) in Chiarini's opinion. The investigation has led to Radian-Helix, a media company and its employees who resemble people at the scene. An early February interview of Chiarini is available here.
Sledge's website, The Government Rag, provides a wealth of videos, interviews and recent article, "Jared Lee Loughner Case begins to unfold in opposite direction". Power Hour's Joyce Riley follows the Sledge and Chiarini investigation closely with most recent interviews here and here.
These are brave souls to take on a politically volatile event. Chiarini hints at more conspiracy with reference to a full-size space shuttle model, also leaked report of problems with last mission. The last shuttle launch is scheduled for April 29th, whose commander is also Gifford's husband, Mark Kelly. It's a full plate and if Arizona shooting was staged, present writer hopes no one was killed as reported!

eridu: world's first city and home of enki
The first world city, Eridu, built ~5400BC and home of Enki (pictured), an Annunaki, whose father Anu was lord of Nibiru, the planet of the crossing. "The main temple to Enki is called E-abzu [pictured], meaning "abzu temple" (also E-en-gur-a, meaning "house of the subterranean waters"), a ziggurat temple surrounded by Euphratean marshlands near the ancient Persian Gulf coastline at Eridu," according to a Wikipedia entry. Ziggurats were temples, where kings escaped flooding marshlands, and also, a secure abode only accessible by two or three entrances. Enki's Abzu is of particular interest, in this Red Ice Creations article, believed to be original spacecraft Enki splashed down to Earth. There are websites, where it's speculated Abzu is equated with Abyss, waters and is a Stargate. Sumerian history is more interesting than let on by history books!

radiation chic coming to america
Japanese chic facial ware may be coming to America? Radiation concerns can be seen in geiger counters sold out. GE Mark 1 nuclear reactors are "operating safely" at 23 American plants; similar in design to damaged Fukushima reactors. The Japanese feel betrayed by government, according to Yoichi Shimatsu's most recent update on the disaster here. A suspicious lack of response has same whiff of Hurricane Katrina rescue efforts. Japan still hasn't moved to entomb the reactors and eerily reminescent of slow response in New Orleans? Is it predatory capitalism?
A blog entry at Humans Are Free makes several suppositions how and why an insane New World Order elite precipitates "natural disasters". The modus operandi considered is a Stuxnet infection, establishing outside access to critical Siemens PLCs that control coolant rods. Industrial operations are under increased cyber-attacks. HAARP is implicated in eliciting earthquake that resulted in a tsunami.
The most interesting suggested link is, perhaps, Japan's issuing 15 Trillion in currency, which is viewed as likely used by US Federal Reserve as a means to further dilute damage done by derivatives. It's coincidental the Fed announced quantitative easing will end June 30th. The world has clearly gone crazy. The present writer subscribes to view there are capitalists, who will attempt to profit off of death and destruction!

google shuttering google video: download now!
from washington post: If you happen to still have anything still up on Google Video that you want to keep, you’d better move quickly. The clock is ticking. After April 29, the site will stop hosting videos; after May 13, the content will be gone forever. The company has added a “Download” button to videos to let people save the content they want from the site. Users are being encouraged to repost their videos to YouTube, which Google bought in 2006.
Google Video has had a long, drawn-out death: the site stopped allowing uploads in 2009, but still hosts millions of videos. When it comes to video, YouTube is clearly Google’s priority. The video site has recently gone on a acquisition tear of its own, gathering companies focused on improving video quality and producing original content. YouTube also launched a live channel to showcase streaming content earlier this month.
The first report about Google’s decision to close the site came from CenterNetworks.
For those who do still have stuff up on Google Video, getting it back seems to be a pretty easy process, according to a letter that went out to Google Video users. Just go to the video’s status page and hit the download button. After you’re done, a message telling you the video’s been downloaded will appear next to the ”Download Video” link.
Archive Team, which describes itself as “loose collectives of rogue archivists, programmers, writers and loudmouths,” is trying to save all of Google Video’s content, particularly the longer videos that just won't fit within YouTube’s 15-minute time limit. The group has been allocated 100TB of space for the videos on archive.org.
Archive Team was also a huge part of the effort to save the content from GeoCities, one of the most popular web-hosting sites from the 90s, which Yahoo closed in 2009. Were you still using Google Video? Or had you forgotten all about it?

jfk and ufos: alien psyop
A Daily Mail article reports on JFK memo obtained by a writer through the Freedom of Information Act(FOIA). The article implies UFOs may have been a motive in the President's assassination? It's more likely articles with unusual slants are floated in the media as a means of forming expectations, i.e., predictive programming. Is it Project Blue Beam? Are these stories more effective in shaping expectations when they come in clusters? A spate of similar articles with an alien theme surfaced in the media just a few months ago. Are they disinformation with an intent to pour a subconscious foundation to shape opinion and what to expect? Everyone will be mentally prepared and no one will be surprised when aliens make their presence known to us! Are they bogus documents? Yes, many questions asked with few answers. The present writer wouldn't be surprised, however, if aliens made their presence known and declare their mission to save us from ruining our planet!

weekly weird news: dead frozen two foot alien
It's a 21st century "dead alien" video set to eclipse last century's Roswell Alien Autopsy! A Daily Mail article reports how two walkers casually traversing, "the frozen wastes of Siberia," stumble upon a dead alien--and whip out a video cam! It's also been rumored a UFO went down near Irkutsk, last month. "Perhaps that was taken away and the body overlooked," said Igor Molovic, one of the pair that uploaded the video." The real news story is 700,000 views referenced in the Daily Mail article, upped to 900,000, by the time this TNT magazine article made it online. The views of a "dead alien" estimated at two feet tall exceed 2,000,000 as of this entry. Warning, you won't be able to get the image out of your mind, once viewed!

'mafiaa fire': firefox add-on to reverse US govt domain censorship
from boingboing: Earlier this year, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement shocked the world by asserting the right to seize any .com or .net domain that it characterized as a "pirate" or child porn site, with little due process or judicial oversight. ICE conducted a series of high-profile seizures that were notable in that they were sloppy (80,000 sites were erroneously seized for being implicated in child porn and anyone who subsequently visited them was redirected to a page chiding them for being horrible perverts). They were also notable for being almost completely ineffective at shutting down the targeted sites. Once their domains were seized, the site operators simply registered new domains, avoiding .com and .net. It wasn't much of a challenge for their users to locate them again. Nevertheless, the ICE has promised more seizures in the years to come. But one developer decided that subverting ICE censorship was too important to be left to chance, so he created MAFIAA Fire, a Firefox plugin that automatically redirects links to the seized domains to their new homes, effectively undoing the seizures.

clyde lewis with douglas dietrich: battle for orbit
Clyde Lewis is back in a big way with guest Douglas Dietrich, who will rearrange your head. Clyde gets the description right of his guest's unique viewpoint: "'Douglas Dietrich will radically restructure our understanding of mankind’s twentieth century explosion into near-space as the “Battle for Orbit,' a lethal four-way conflict between American Astronauts, Soviet Cosmonauts, Nat-Zi Raummænner – and even Commonwealth Cannoneers! He will expose how and why the Third World War has been fought and won, even while the Second World War was doomed to inconclusive Stalemate. The New Front demanded control of a new High Ground; not so much our Moon as the five “Lagrange Points” integral to the Gravity Wells of our never-emphasized Binary Planet: the Earth-Moon System as well as much more…"

blood sacrifice to fire god
Spring festivals are in the air and so are important occult dates. Advent of Deception website provides a summary of the dates from April 19-May 1. The present writer accepted this critical period as a time to focus attention, only after a continuous flow of recent events:
April 19, 1993 The compound at Waco, Tx stormed by government troops, tanks.
April 19, 1995 Oklahoma City bombing
April 20, 1999 Columbine School shooting
April 20, 2010 The Gulf Oil Spill
A fire sacrifice, according to article, is required around April 19th. To conclude this period, there is the "The Beltaine Festival, also called 'Walpurgis Night'. This is the highest day on the Druidic Witch’s Calendar, while May 1 is the Illuminati’s second most sacred holiday. Human sacrifice is required, emotionally or physically. Since the celebration officially began the night before Beltaine, the tradition has developed among occultists to celebrate Beltaine as a 2-day ceremony. This tradition was strong enough that Adolf Hitler decided to kill himself on April 30 at 3:30pm, thus creating a “333″ and placing his suicide sacrifice within the Beltaine time frame."
The present writer wouldn't be surprised if something happens during this "13" day stretch. There are predictions of earthquakes due to planetary alignments. Predictions of revolutionary turmoil in Russia to begin on April 20 or a panic during a festival in Italy on May 1, can be located on the net. We will just have to wait and see.

double-eyed vortex at venus south pole
The Venus Express probe, orbiting that planet since 2006, has sent back images that reveal a vortex at the south pole that shifts its shape every 24 hours. A recent article on the Signs of the Times website reveals that this 1,200 mile vortex is more than just a spinning circle; this Vortex is detected in "S" and "8" shapes. "The vortex is not poised directly over the south pole, but instead its center is consistently located approximately three degrees of latitude away, and it drifts around the pole, completing a circuit every five to 10 days. These findings suggest the atmospheric dynamics at Venus' southern pole are more complex than scientists thought." A one minute video of the Vortex of Venus provides the viewer with a nice visual.

obama moves forward with internet id plan
from cnet: The Obama administration said today that it's moving ahead with a plan for broad adoption of Internet IDs despite concerns about identity centralization, and hopes to fund pilot projects next year.
At an event hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., administration officials downplayed privacy and civil liberties concerns about their proposal, which they said would be led by the private sector and not be required for Americans who use the Internet.
There's "no reliable way to verify identity online" at the moment, Commerce Secretary Gary Locke said, citing the rising tide of security threats including malware and identity theft that have grown increasingly prevalent over the last few years. "Passwords just won't cut it here."
A 55-page document (PDF) released by the White House today adds a few more details to the proposal, which still remains mostly hazy and inchoate.
It offers examples of what the White House views as an "identity ecosystem," including obtaining a digital ID from an Internet service provider that could be used to view your personal health information, or obtaining an ID linked to your cell phone that would let you log into IRS.gov to view payments and file taxes. The idea is to have multiple identity providers that are part of the same system.
Administration officials plan to convene a series of workshops between June and September of this year that would bring together companies and advocacy groups and move closer to an actual specification for what's being called the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace, or NSTIC.
Left unsaid was that the series of workshops, which will be open to the public, will give the proposal's backers a chance to downplay concerns that it could become the virtual equivalent of a national ID card.
During his speech, Locke lashed out at the "conspiracy theory set" who have criticized the proposal. A column in NetworkWorld.com, for instance, called NSTIC a "great example of rampant, over-reaching, ignorant, and ill-conceived political foolishness."

lost cosmonauts: airbrushed from memory
Grigoriy Nelyubov's disappearance from the photo (pictured), and similar strokes, brought suspicion on the Soviet space program. The mysterious deletions also stoked curiosity about the ultimate fates of these airbrushed souls! Nelyubov, a 1963 drunken brawl dismissed him from the program and banishment to Siberia, is referred to as a "suicide by train" in 1966 by most historical accounts. James Oberg, a US gatekeeper, provides details on some airbrushed ex-personages in this Wired Science article, "Soviet Space Propaganda: Doctored Cosmonaut Photos". Oberg's take on dead cosmonauts is in his 1988 book, "Uncovering Soviet Disasters". Chapter 10 gives readers an idea of the layers of deception and disinformation. Valentin Bondarenko, a young cosmonaut, is one of the first deceptions by deletion. Oberg's recap of cosmonaut Georgiy Shonin's 1977 book, "The Very First Ones," where readers are first fed "...the existence of eight 'dropouts'...clearly indicating that all eight had left the program alive".
The tragic reality runs counter to a "lived happily ever after" tale with grim accounts at "The Lost Cosmonauts website". A desperate woman's plea in Russian in a recording on YouTube, is perhaps, the most compelling! It sounds, certainly, like a cosmonaut and as observed by their sister, "it doesn't sound like a tea party," in a fine film on the Judica Cordiglia brothers, "Space Hackers," who recorded the communications. The brothers were sophisticated and stand accused of hoaxing. A retelling of events at the dawn of the space age still make a fascinating story--great stuff!

dutchsinse explains radar rings: suspects haarp and radar
Another lay observer falls prey to impulse to finger HAARP? Is there any basis for such single mindedness? Dutchsinse produces some eye-opening videos. Hats off! Radar rings are explained in this video and provides some pretty cogent arguments. If you want more of an explanation of scalar squares and ringed cubes they are provided in this video. You can only like Dutchsinse blog's banner, it implies hyper-scientific elite are behind it. It's must see video.

Noah Schactman gets it right, "death-from-above-on-demand," in Danger Room article, "Darpa's Hologram Goggles Will Unleash Hell". Chain of command can be a cumbersome and dangerous process in targeting and authorizing air strikes by drones. DARPA believes it has the answer, "...give a single guy on the ground a direct data link to the drone (or manned plane) circling above".
Vuzix, an eyewear company, given a million dollars to develop a display where a computer tracks what the soldier, wearing the display, is viewing. The display built into sunglasses, will hopefully, couple a microdisplay with a glass optical waveguide. Light from the display travels down the glass and captured on holographic film then directed to the eye! If it works, it will be very small, 3mm thick. Vuzix executive Stephen Glaser notes, will "..allow us to design the display right into a pair of sunglasses, so no one will know you are even wearing a display".

philip k dick: the adjustment team
The "Adjustment Team," a science fiction story by Philip K Dick, first appeared in fall of 1954 in Orbit Science Fiction. Ed Fletcher, the story's protagonist, misses the designated adjustment for sector T137 and is brought in front of the Old Man in the top administrative chamber. The Old Man, who everyone eventually meets, warns Fletcher he will be allowed to return without being de-energized and adjusted, only if he promises to not tell anyone what he's seen! The story is better understood by also reading a biographical profile of Dick. Dick never fully accepted the world we live in "as not up to his standards." A writer, who suffered in life, found possibilities missing in this world in science fiction. Philip K Dick just seems ahead of the curve much like George Orwell in questioning what is in front of us. Dick's stature has grown since his death in 1982 from heart failure, hastened by addiction to amphetamines. To question our reality and humanity is a "phildickian" notion. Adjustment Team in .mp3 audio is available for your listening pleasure.
The short story landed in the public domain when copyrights expired, an interesting tale itself. The Adjustment Bureau movie seems brought to production, as a result, of playing word games with copyrights? An Adjustment Bureau trailer is available. It is only the latest Dick story made into a movie, most notable is Blade Runner. Philip K Dick is an author anyone can relate, who has a beef with our de-energized and adjusted 21st Century lives!

1950 roswell memo from the fbi vault: alien psyop
In 1995, ten million Americans watched "The Alien Autopsy", but producer Ray Santilli admits there were only two or three "authentic" frames of "the aliens". The remainder of the film was staged. This week's Daily Mail headline provides an echo of the past with "The memo that 'proves aliens landed at Roswell'... released online by the FBI". A sensational headline designed to draw readers. You can view the memo on YouTube, where someone does the navigation for you. The memo is at the FBI website under a subdomain called "The Vault". Is this what the internet has come to... self-serve disinfo?
Nancy Atkinson, a Universe Today writer, provides a more accurate assessment in "FBI Memo Does Not Prove Aliens Crash Landed in Roswell". "While the memo is genuine...it is not new, is not secret...having been released in 1976 by the FBI...[and]...a third-hand account from agent [Guy] Hottel reporting what an Air Force investigator was told by an 'informant'." It's disconcerting the FBI memo is presented as breaking news. It's clearly deceptive! Is it setting the stage for an alien psyop?
You can read the opinions of veteran UFO researchers in a previous post here, who came to believe aliens are mostly a psyop a means towards a one world government. If you missed the autopsy the first time around, you can view it on YouTube: "The Alien Autopsy". In this case even a psyop can be entertaining!

vladimir ilyushin: first man in space
On the brink of a 50th anniversary, Yuri Gagarin is celebrated as first man in space. Gagarin, a handsome test pilot, remains the face of a Russian and Soviet first over cold war rival, the United States. The five foot two inch cosmonaut received Hero of the Soviet Union award, its highest honor. A sympathetic character, Gagarin came from humble origins, Klushinko, a country village. Just outside Moscow, a training facility was named after Gagarin following his death in a 1968 plane crash. Was Yuri Gagarin the first man in space aboard Vostok 1 on April 12, 1961? The sad truth is a far more fitting candidate, Valdimir Ilyushin, son of a Russian aircraft designer and a famous test pilot, was in reality five days earlier--the first. Ilyushin's flight went badly, however, and came down in China. The "real first man in space" spent the next year in a Chinese hospital before his return. A You Tube video, The Cosmonaut Cover-Up, provides Vladimir Ilyushin's story. The truth always makes a far more interesting story and this is one!

japan elite hiding secret weapons program in nuclear plants?
Environmental writer Yoichi Shimatsu provides keen insight on Japan's disaster in article, "Is Japan's Elite Hiding a Weapons Program Inside Nuclear Plants?" A casual observer of the calamity cannot help but compare Japan's inept response to US government's similar ineffective efforts in 2005 Hurricane Katrina disaster? Shimatsu comments, "Inexplicable delays and half-baked explanations from Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) seem to be driven by some unspoken factor." There is an unsettling lack of response just as in the Hurrican Katrina disaster? Why? "The most logical explanation: The nuclear industry and government agencies are scrambling to prevent the discovery of atomic-bomb research facilities hidden inside Japan's civilian nuclear power plants," concludes Shimatsu.
Perhaps, most damning are the following two revelations, "[unit 4] omission from the list of electricity-generating operations raises the question of whether Unit 4 was being used to enrich uranium, the first step of the process leading to extraction of weapons-grade fissionable material."
The second is equally explosive, "...bloom of irradiated seawater across the Pacific comprises another piece of the puzzle, because its underground source is untraceable (or, perhaps, unmentionable). The flooded labyrinth of pipes, where the bodies of two missing nuclear workers—never before disclosed to the press— were found, could well contain the answer to the mystery: a lab that none dare name." Wow! A tip of the hat goes to Shimatsu for his incisive inquiry!
You can listen to Yoichi Shimatsu's most recent report here on the Japan disaster. Article is an education and interview makes a nice companion. It's great stuff!

singularity: the end of the human era
The Singularity is drawing near, according to futurist Ray Kurzweil, who fervently believes machines will make us immortal. Singularity, a mathematician's wet dream where exponential iterations of computer Artificial Intelligence (AI), results in superintelligent sapient machines. Vernor Vinge, computer scientist and sci-fi writer, popularized the term with his 1993 article, "The Coming Technological Singularity: How to Survive in the Post-Human Era." It is this intersection where machine overtakes man when things get weird, according to proponents!
Kurzweil projects the year revealed in a recent Time magazine title, "2045: The Year Man Becomes Immortal". The futurist consumes 150 daily vitamin supplements to insure he's alive in 2045, at age 97. Kurzweil also wants to bring his beloved father back. A benevolent view is asserted where machine will augment man.
Charlie Rose interviewed Kurzweil with Director Barry Ptolemy about their recent film, "Transcendent Man". The interview and film portray the Singularity as a movement on the upswing. Critics take a less charitable view, such as P. Z. Myers in this Newsweek article, "... "I am completely baffled by Kurzweil's popularity, and in particular the respect he gets in some circles, since his claims simply do not hold up to even casually critical examination...It's a New Age spiritualism—that's all it is." It seems, computer nerds only want to find God, too.
The proponents do not claim to know where a cyborganic future may lead? There are existential risks, according to Nick Bostrom, director of the Future of Humanity Institute at Oxford University. The risks run the gamut from a shutdown extinction event of a digital existence to a take over by a transcending upload! The present writer leans towards a view the Singularity represents a new belief system where common men and women may be mislead!

idle musings in a radioactive world
An age of low-level persistent radiation is dawning. You may want to discern between millirems and millisieverts here? A familiarity with different measurements may mean survival in a brave new radioactive world? How did we arrive at this spot in an apparent netherworld? Are there minds that embrace low level radiation, as an immunotherapy of sorts, termed radiation hormesis?
A brief intro to Radiation Hormesis Theory is available online. The intro concludes with the notion of radiophobia due to the exaggeration of risks. This is the tenuous argument Ann Coulter attempted in her "radiation is good for you" spiel, a couple weeks ago. There are radium or radon health spas or you can visit Free Enterprise Radon Health Mine in Boulder, MT. There are believers in the stimulating effect to the body's repair mechanisms by exposing themselves to low levels of radiation. I can't but wonder if former Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff(pictured), subjects himself to Rapiscans to prove their safety? The Rapiscan machines (pictured) have made millions for the Chertoff Group. Is prolonged dissication perhaps a good state after all? Are you only radiophobic?

space x 'falcon heavy' to lift off in 2013
Are launch costs too high and weighing down your bottom line? Elon Musk, Space X founder, pitches his Falcon Heavy booster as right for the job to lift your prospects! In a Discovery News article, Musk says, "...we can realistically start to contemplate missions like a Mars sample return, which requires a tremendous amount of lift capability because you have to send a lander to Mars that still has enough propellant to return to Earth." Planetary Science Blog notes, the Falcon Heavy is second only to the Saturn V rocket in payload and escape velocity. The article adds 20-25 percent of mission cost is in the launch and idea of lowering your costs from $10,000 to $1,000 per pound a major selling point! A debut flight is scheduled for Vandenberg AFB in 2013. You can visit the Falcon Heavy webpage at the Space X website for more details. The sales pitch is a familiar one--"more bang for the buck"-- but will bottomline decisions translate into space exploration success? Do you trust companies and corporations to do the right thing in space?

2001: a concert odyssey blasts off in london
from reuters: Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey" made the timpani intro of Richard Strauss's "Thus Sprach Zarathustra" a cliche for a dramatic entrance and the crescendo of Gyorgy Ligeti's "Atmospheres" a cult classic. Now fans of one of the most influential soundtracks of all time can hear it in sound that will out-Dolby Dolby for an ambitious programme at London's Southbank Centre that combines a new print of Kubrick's 1968 sci-fi masterpiece with a large chorus and full orchestra playing the film music live. "It's absolute goosebumps," said Gillian Moore, head of contemporary culture at Southbank, where two concert showings of "2001: A Space Odyssey" will be given next week (April 7 and 8). "It's like an opera," added German conductor Andre de Ridder, whose job it is to coordinate the massive forces of the orchestra and chorus with a film that was never meant, unlike some silent films, to have a live musical accompaniment. "I would say it is the perfect marriage of sound, theatre, drama and visual art," he added -- covering all the bases.

great moon hoax of 1835
The New York Sun, founded in 1833 as a penny press paper, catered to a wide audience with narrative style and a cheaper price. On August 25, 1835, the first of six articles appeared in the paper that became known collectively as, "The Great Moon Hoax".
The first article brought increased sales and entertainment. Supposedly, the series was reprinted from a science journal in Edinburgh, Scotland, which had already ceased publication. Articles reported "discoveries" by astronomer Sir John Hershel at new observatory in South Africa. Writing style of the day can also fascinate today's reader. A nice treatment of the hoax at Universe Today provides following description of the man bats (pictured). "...They averaged four feet in height, were covered, except on the face, with short and glossy copper-colored hair, and had wings composed of a thin membrane, without hair, lying snugly upon their backs from the top of the shoulders to the calves of their legs.”
On April Fool's Day, 365 Days of Astronomy produced a great podcast of Moon Hoax, which makes for great listening! A tip of the hat goes to Universe Today for the link. Museum of Hoaxes website provides complete treatment and worth a visit. It's free sci-fi from 1835!
The first article brought increased sales and entertainment. Supposedly, the series was reprinted from a science journal in Edinburgh, Scotland, which had already ceased publication. Articles reported "discoveries" by astronomer Sir John Hershel at new observatory in South Africa. Writing style of the day can also fascinate today's reader. military microwaving media minds?
Are four minds melted into mumbling gibberish--statistically significant? Mail Online questions in article, "Are U.S. government microwave mind-control tests causing TV presenters' brains to melt down? One theory gaining popularity online, according to article, "blames the U.S. Military’s supposed research into using microwaves as a mind control weapon...proponents say the effects - produced by microwave signals stimulating the brain with fake images and voices - exactly mimic those displayed in the recent on-air breakdowns." The four cases are dismissed as migraines for Serene Branson (pictured) and Mark McAllister, a seizure for Sarah Carlson and no diagnosis on Judge Judy Scheindlin. There is a vague awareness that something is amiss? Four cases may make even most casual observers to ask questions?
A Pat Dollard article adds observations, "in times of unrest, the government always likes to make the opposition unable to speak. And what of Jared Loughner?"
Tim Rifat, an expert on psychic warfare, provides an education with his Microwave Mind Control page at educate yourself website. Rifat observes, "...network of transmitters to beam mind control signals into the brains of anyone living near these transmitters. Microwave phones use pulse modulated microwaves of the correct intensity to pass through the skull into the brain and control behaviour." Microwaves affect brainwaves and thought!

black triangles: tr-3b astra
Top Secret TR-3B remains only a rumored craft, a product of an off-the-books black project called Aurora. Edgar Fouche, a former Area 51 worker, came forward in the nineties to reveal much of what is known in his book, "Alien Rapture - The Chosen," co-written by Brad Steiger. A description of the craft's capability clearly resembles the Nazi Bell. "The TR-3B has a circular, plasma filled accelerator ring called the Magnetic Field Disrupter. The mercury based plasma is pressurized at 250,000 atmospheres at a temperature of 150 degrees Kelvin, and accelerated to 50,000 rpm to create a super-conductive plasma with the resulting gravity disruption."
An article at Rense.com explains further the accelerator's value, "...mass of the circular accelerator, and all mass within the accelerator, such as the crew capsule and the nuclear reactor, are reduced by almost 90%. This causes the effect of making a vehicle extremely light and able to outperform and outmaneuver any craft yet constructed--except, of course, those UFOs we did not build. The TR-3 is a reconnaissance platform with an indefinite loiter time. "Indefinite" because it uses a nuclear reactor for power." The actual propulsion is provided by three multimode thrusters mounted at each bottom corner of the triangular platform. If you need more information there is TR-3B.com.
Is the TR-3B Astra real? You can listen to a Coast to Coast interview of a close encounter with a TR-3B. There's been many sightings of black trangles. Some contend the TR-3B has been retired? Is it buried at Groom Lake?
Edgar Fouche left black ops work to market a behavior modification software package, called Neurosync MIME! It's a chilling thought, people buying subliminal messages that may control more than just how much they smoke or eat? Will it feel strange--or just confusing--to be happy when your rational mind says otherwise? Will you just shrug your shoulders after a brief pause to continue your day? The controllers couldn't be so obvious--could they?
