UFO War in Antarctica: Fact or Fiction?

UFO War in Antarctica: Fact or Fiction?
Can you say psyop? The presenter writer wants to believe and remains suspicious of clandestine activities on the frozen continent of Antarctica!  Dr. Michael Salla provides succinct synopsis of a doubter's dilemma in article, "UFO War in Antarctica: fact or fiction?":
"According to John Kettler, a former US military contractor and scientist, there is an expanding UFO war that is now taking place in waters off Antarctica. Kettler cites unnamed 'sensitive sources' to substantiate his claims that a US led coalition of naval forces is militarily engaging with hostile extraterrestrials. This UFO war is an extension of alleged naval battles off the coast of San Francisco earlier reported by Gordon Duff from Veterans Today who refers to his own unnamed 'reliable' sources. There is little more than a collection of unnamed sources supporting such allegations, and there is good reason to conclude that Kettler’s and Duff’s claims are part of a psychological warfare operation that may be related to planning for a false flag alien event."
What suggests to present writer disinformation, reader is also informed of UFOs destination!  True, with satellite networks it's possible to track them,  but the information smacks of a finished product - too complete when Kettler claims:
"...20 UFOs, traveling at 25,000 mph, left the Antarctic Ocean in a group and went to Guadalajara, Mexico. Another group of 15, flying at the same speed, went to Argentina. This morning, 12 more emerged and went to Chile."
Again, present writer wants to believe but with only suppositons, it's most likely Project Blue Beam.  An Antarctic UFO war - even if true - opponents may not be alien as recent post covering Russian documentary suggests, "Secret Nazi Base On Antarctica...." A reader can go away convinced between 'Operation High Jump" and "Britain's Secret War in Antarctica," there is something down there worth fighting over!

Hangar 18: The UFO Warehouse

Hangar 18 at mysterious Wright Patterson AFB is subject of a UFO Files episode, "Hangar 18: The UFO Warehouse."  A description of episode follows below:  "What happens when a UFO crashes? Some experts claim that the UFO wreckage and even the pilots are transported to a top-secret facility in Dayton, Ohio called "Hangar 18" located on Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Declassified Government documents prove that the "disk" from the famous Roswell event and fragments of other mysterious crashes were shipped to Wright Patterson. Hear stories involving elected officials, UFO researchers, and former base employees, some of whom are going on the record regarding "Hangar 18." They spin a tale of flying saucer debris, alien bodies, cryogenic chambers and a vast underground network that may hold the secrets to the UFO mystery. Is there a conspiracy to hide UFO evidence from the highest branches in the U.S. Government, or is it all just a myth?" You can finally hear what military men were told to shut up about in the past!

UFOs Spotted Over Denver Too Fast To See With Naked Eye

Are invisible UFOs - at least - to the naked eye in our skies? An interesting rash of sightings occurring around 1pm on different days over Denver, CO are captured on video.  Fox31 Denver reports:  "The strangest part is they are flying too fast to see with the naked eye, but when we slowed down the video, several UFOs appear."  Are UFOs out there at all times?

North Korea: The Real Threat to US

Gordon Duff, Senior Editor of Veteran's Today, in an opinion piece from April 26th after UFO Sighting over Seoul (video), believes UFO is not a fake, as other sources assert, but one of two counter- intelligence platforms (flying saucers) based on the Korean peninsula. Duff suspects, despite official dismissals of authenticity, "these had a whiff of truth...to them...Veterans Today decided to turn to a top intelligence resource and see whether we were dealing with goose or gander...There was that smell of reality here, one we don’t always see...Thus, we had the forensic labs of the SACIA (South Africa Counter Intelligence Agency), the world’s top authority on certification of photographic data, diamond, mineral and currency authenticity, a somewhat controversial organization, quasi-governmental in nature, submit the video for detailed forensic analysis."

"Why would we choose experts on counter-terrorism, conflict diamonds and narcotics trafficking instead of a local photographer. Our answer was simple, we knew they had one of the most advanced labs in the world and, best of all, they volunteered.  You can’t beat that. The video is genuine, totally.  This is a slightly enlarged version [video]..."

"We then went to intelligence sources in Korea.  There we learned an astounding story which we are not able to fully confirm.  The aircraft, one that appears to be a 'flying saucer,' is one of two American reconnaissance vehicles stationed on the Korean peninsula by the United States [April 14th]...the United States is operating two vehicles using unknown technology as reconnaissance platforms in order to 'monitor' North Korea."

"When asked if such 'platforms' may have been deployed related to the recent unsuccessful launch of a North Korean rocket, we were told 'no.'   Five minutes later we were told it is believed that such a vehicle could produce a 'field' that might be able to destroy a rocket and may act as part of an advanced missile defense system, far superior and much more secret than the Patriot systems under current deployment."

"[April 26th] Most likely, a short time ago, the US destroyed a North Korean experimental weapon on the launch pad, using one of our own, a craft capable of inter-planetary travel and, thusly, one that is 'just our imagination' like the hundreds of thousands of tons of vaporized steel from the World Trade Center on 9/11."

"[April 14th] There are also suspicious 'Malthusian' motives, fears that free energy would lead to an explosion in population or, worse yet, an explosion in real democracy.." Duff makes clear opinion, our present economy is being deprived of suppressed tech until every last cent can be squeezed from petroleum!

Also, Duff believes North Korea to be far more dangerous than advertised as a leader in bio-weapons field, genetics research and isolated for good reason. The Senior Editor believes they have an army complemented with Super Soldiers as one picture shows ten foot tall man in military garb at Kim's funeral, last year.

The real threat according to Duff, is possibly, North Korean bio-weapons not their nuclear technology, aided for decades by Russia and China.   Another aspect of North Korean threat is their megalomania, "they really believe they are meant to be the only race destined to survive, a race of supermen,"  concludes Duff.

These Veteran's Today articles may seem out there, but the present writer suspects, Duff is closer to truth than most Americans would concede.  It should be considered we downed the North Korean rocket in a countermeasure completed by covert platform (flying saucer) to keep nuclear threat in check.  Duff believes, overlooked at the same time, is far more sinister risk of bio-weapons!

Best Evidence: Top Ten UFO Sightings

A 2007 Redstar Films documentary, "Best Evidence:  Top Ten UFO Sightings," aired on Space in Canada.  A UFO sightings show may seem unattractive to fans who might anticipate cases.  Yes, there's a few perennial favorites such as the 1980 Rendlesham Forest sighting, however retired Colonel Charles Halt adds details about what was learned afterwards, which adds a fresh perspective to an otherwise well-know incident.  The Canadian production includes cases not as visible in the United States.  A mile-long UFO spotted by multiple witnesses along Klondike Highway in 1996, provides a fascinating and well-documented case.  A 1967 Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia sighting is another.  You may view UFOs from a Canadian perspective in a well-done 47 minute production and discover remaining cases.   The best part admission is free!

UFO Battle at Nuremberg 1561

UFO Battle at Nuremberg 1561
You may have missed this multiple UFO sighting reported on April 4, 1561 by the Nuremberg Gazette in Germany?  The city witnessed a battle of UFOs as described in a Altered Dimensions.net article "It began at dawn, as dozens, if not hundreds, of crosses, globes and tubes fought each other above the city.  It ended an hour later, when 'the globes in the small and large rods flew into the sun,' and several of the other objects crashed to earth and vanished in a thick cloud of smoke.  According to the Nuremberg Gazette, the 'dreadful apparition' filled the morning sky with 'cylindrical shapes from which emerged black, red, orange and blue-white spheres that darted about.'  Between the spheres, there were 'crosses with the color of blood.' (i.e. red crosses)  This 'frightful spectacle' was witnessed by "numerous men and women."  Afterwards, a 'black, spear-like object' appeared."  An amazing story memorialized in a woodcut (picture) created by Hans Glaser at the time.  What truly resonates are descriptions of craft that seem contemporary to reports in our time.  It's been speculated 16th century Nuremberg witnessed a World War II battle due to a time rip?  In another interesting twist, a very similar incident occurred five years later in Basel, Switzerland.  You may view an excerpt from History Channel on You Tube that covers event below the fold.

America's First UFO Sighting: When Pigs Fly

America's First UFO Sighting: When Pigs Fly
John Winthrop, first governor of Massachusetts Bay Colony, recorded journal entry in 1639 and considered America's first UFO Sighting: "...a sober, discreet man, and two others, saw a great light in the night at Muddy River. When it stood still, it flamed up, and was about three yards square; when it ran, it was contracted into the figure of a swine: it ran as swift as an arrow towards Charlton [Charlestown], and so up and down [for] about two or three hours." A footnote added by James Savage in an early edition of Winthrop's Journal, offers possible explanation. "It is safe to deduce that the UFO witnesses had seen or heard swine on the same day they observed the great light. Thus, the lights resembled a common animal, making it probable they saw ignis fatuus mirage phenomena in the darkness." It may have been only a mirage, but significant enough, Winthrop recorded sighting in his private journal.

'Breakaway Civilization' Behind Mysterious Secret Space Program?

'Breakaway Civilization' Behind Mysterious Secret Space Program?
Sean Casteel, veteran UFO researcher, suspects in recent article there..."Is A “Breakaway Civilization” Behind The Mysterious Secret Space Program?" Casteel, co-author of new book, "The Secret Space Program Who Is Responsible?", interviewed Richard Dolan, who uses term "Breakaway Civilization" to designate what he suspects is a group of humanity who appropriated secret technology for themselves. Dolan describes process in simple terms how this could happen:
"'I think this is something that is real,' Dolan said. 'Now, my theory of it is that it originated in really in post-World War II society, but there’s nothing preventing such a thing from having happened earlier. The basic idea of the ‘breakaway civilization’ is simply that you have a secret group, a classified group of people, with access to radically advanced technology, radically advanced science, and they just don’t share it with the rest of the world...'"
This is also message of present book co-authored with Timothy Green Beckley, Tim R Schwartz and Commander X ..."a secret society consisting of scientists of various disciplines have banded together to create the means of our traveling to both the moon and Mars and constructing artificial buildings, even literal life-supporting bases of operation, for whatever purpose."

Casteel also suggests case of Gary McKinnon lends support when "...the Scottish-born computer hacker who in the thirteen months between February 2001 to March 2002 hacked into 97 US military and NASA computers, using the name 'Solo,'" to view documents that seem to fit only a secret program. McKinnon revealed in the past, he found lists of officer names under heading of "Non-terrestrial Officers," and from article:
"I found a list of ‘fleet-to-fleet’ transfers and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren’t US Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet..In a later interview with the BBC, McKinnon also claimed that 'there are some very credible, reliable people all saying that yes, there is UFO technology, there’s anti-gravity, there’s free energy, and it is extraterrestrial in origin. They’ve captured a spacecraft and reverse-engineered it.'.”
"If McKinnon’s claims about NASA and the US Navy are true, they may serve as concrete proof of some of the mythology that has grown up around the belief in a secret space program," concludes Casteel. Rightfully So. The high Pentagon interest in McKinnon exposes real importance of what was seen on their computers. McKinnon may even know more than publicly shared? A previous entry on McKinnon provides additional details here. Richard Dolan shares his view on "Breakaway Civilization." Ground Zero Live host, Clyde Lewis, discussed saucers and breakaway civilization with co-authors Beckley and Schwartz this past week in an excellent program! The present writer can only agree and wish we knew more about a breakaway civilization!

alexander the great ufo story

alexander the great ufo story
Did UFOs intervene in the Battle of Tyre, circa 332 BC? Antonio Huneeus writes article, "Deconstructing  the Alexander the Great UFO Story," which encourages restraint due to lack of credible sources.  It seems, the flying silver shields may have been shields filled with sand and boiling excrement catapulted back at soldiers from the Tyrian fortress?  Sources are equally interesting, "Wonders In The Sky," by Jacques Vallee and Chris Aubeck; also, Yannis Deliyannis' article, "Did Alexander the Great really see UFOs," both, worth checking out!  Most interesting of all, the Alexander Romance genre, something close to medieval fantasy or science fiction.  You'll have to read the article to find out what powered Alexander's flying machine?  It's interesting stuff!

secret access: ufos on the record

secret access: ufos on the record
A new documentary on the History Channel,"Secret Access: UFOs On The Record," provides nice summary of well-known cases but nonetheless still officially suppressed. A Herald Tribune article by Billy Cox via NHNE PULSE, "History Channel Gets It Right," "...'Secret Access” report by The History Channel — 'UFOs On The Record' — is the sort of crisp advocacy journalism one might easily envision in PBS’ 'Frontline' rotation. Focused (if not a tad overproduced), expertly sourced, and devoid of the tripe that too often characterizes network programming on this issue, 'UFOs On The Record' is a foundational model for jump-starting a national conversation so desperately overdue."

"The 96-minute documentary, built upon Leslie Kean’s UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go On the Record...For Kean’s readers, the “Secret Access” treatment covered familiar turf: the Phoenix Lights, the Rendlesham Forest incident, the 1989-90 Belgian wave, etc. But watching many of the players in the book — like former Federal Aviation Administration accidents division chief John Callahan, and retired Belgian Gen. Wilfried De Brouwer — as they physically reconstructed complex interactions between UFOs and jet planes brought the enormity of the transactions to life. And, fan though I am of the written word, there is no substitute for listening to audiotapes of air traffic/ground crew chatter trying to come to grips with a UFO idling over Chicago’s O’Hare International in 2006."

Are we building to a disclosure crescendo? The hints are there but could still be years off? You get up to speed on a number of well-known cases in just an hour and a half and it's free!  You can't go wrong by watching Secret Access.

the real cowboys and aliens

the real cowboys and aliens
New Mexico historian John LeMay and Texas UFO researcher Noe Torres, the authors of "The Real Cowboys & Aliens: UFO Encounters of the Old West", the book that explores "fourteen bizarre incidents, including the reported recovery in 1897 of a spaceship and its alien pilot in the Texas frontier town of Aurora."  Clyde Lewis interviewed Torres and LeMay on Ground Zero Live and wrote the accompanying article called "Aurora". The featured incidents, taken from over a thousand compiled cases, include: an underwater UFO that nearly electrocuted two men in 1893 near Tacoma, WA., a UFO explosion in 1891 over a Texas Cotton Gin and Bigfoot from Outer Space, a 1888 incident related by Native Americans. It seems, in retrospect, that Hollywood missed an entire genre completely: cowboys and aliens!

project blue book: 1952 - 1969

What the heck were all the UFO sightings in the forties and fifties about? The US Air Force made three successive inquiries into sightings during the period.  Project Sign was the first formal inquiry, investigative work began on January 22, 1948. Gen. Nathan Twining initiated the project at Wright Patterson AFB, where all official public UFO investigations were based. The project was known to the public as "Project Saucer", Sign leaned in favor of the Extraterrestrial hypothesis. Wikipedia's Project Blue Book entry reports, "Sign's initial intelligence estimate (the so-called Estimate of the Situation) written in the late summer of 1948, concluded that the flying saucers were real craft, were not made by either the Russians or US, and were likely extraterrestrial in origin. This estimate was forwarded to the Pentagon, but subsequently ordered destroyed by Gen. Hoyt Vandenberg, USAF Chief of Staff, citing a lack of physical proof. Vandenberg subsequently dismantled Project Sign."

Project Grudge succeeded Project Sign in February, 1949. Captain Edward J. Ruppelt (pictured), who was the first head of Project Blue Book, referred to the Grudge Era as "dark ages" of early Air Force UFO investigations. "Everything was being evaluated on the premise that UFOs couldn't exist," according to Wikipedia's Grudge entry.

Project Blue Book, named after blue books used in university finals, succeeded Project Grudge once it was dissolved under pressure from Maj.General Charles P. Cabell. A comprehensive and well-written article at the Museum of Unnatural Mystery, "Project Blue Book: The UFOs Verses the Flying Saucers," describes Cabell's fury when he learned of Grudge's mandate to debunk UFOs, and specifically, when [Project Grudge] investigator Lt. Gerry Cummings told him, "...any UFO sighting examined by the project was taken as a huge joke". Cabell, head of Air Force Intelligence at the Pentagon, thought UFOs deserved serious study and pressured for change, especially, after a number of saucers sighted in September, 1951 in the Monmouth, NJ area.

Ruppelt created the term Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) to provide a more scientific label for study. "The results of this study (which were detailed in Project Blue Book Special Report No. 14) [pictured]...Twenty-two percent of all [3200] reports were listed as "unknown." Strangely enough, the better the information that was available about a case, the more likely it was to be placed in the unknown category. This is exactly the opposite of what the skeptics had expected."

In 1952, the Washington DC UFO sightings resulted in the Robertson Panel.  The committee concluded, "the only threat to national security posed by UFOs, the panel concluded, was that the many erroneous reports coming in from the public might overwhelm the Pentagon's communication channels...For this reason the panel recommended that the government start a public relations campaign designed to 'debunk' UFOs and remove the 'aura of mystery' from them to reduce public interest." A disappointed Ruppelt left Project Blue Book in 1953 as a result of the committee's debunking recommendation.

Project Blue Book lingered on and saw only brief periods of serious investigation in subsequent years after Ruppelt's departure. The 1966 Condon Report, headed by physicist Edward U Condon, recommended Blue Book be shut down. The project was terminated in 1969.  UFOs were, according to Project Blue Book's official conclusions, either result of misidentifying a known object, a form of mass hysteria, deranged individuals and hoaxes. A nice recording of Ruppelt's 1956 book, "The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects," is available through Librivox by clicking on title.

kissinger in charge of flying saucers program

kissinger in charge of flying saucers program
A recent article at UFO Digest, "Dr. Henry Kissinger's UFO Role Revealed," quotes wife of late Dr Eric Wang, who reverse engineered UFOs at Kirtland AFB, NM before his death in 1960. "He [Kissinger] is deeply involved in the Flying Saucer Program...In fact, he was completely in charge," revealed Mrs. Wang in 1984. Tony Brunt, a New Zealand UFO researcher, writing in Part 4 of a series of small ebooks, (.pdf download), "Secret History And Why Barack Obama Must End It," is the very readable source--a must read! Who was Henry Kissinger performing duties on behalf of? It's likely, Kissinger played a top intelligence role. Was it primarily to place Paperclip Scientists? Was it to devise a strategy for dealing with extraterrestrial threat? Was it mainly a psychological operation?

A few articles worth your time are William Cooper's "Majestic-12 and Secret Government". There's also an entity called  PI-40 to consider and Kissinger's role as "PI-40's Master Strategist". Kissinger may have worn all these hats? A deeper drilling into interlaced issues of UFOs, reverse engineering, and ET, reveals obfuscation that may be little more than a psyop?

modern ufo era dawns with 1947 maury island, kenneth arnold sightings

modern ufo era dawns with 1947 maury island, kenneth arnold sightings
The Maury Island Incident of June 21, 1947 and Kenneth Arnold sighting near Mt Rainier WA, three days later, represent the dawn of modern UFO era. The latter incident is also when "saucers" came into the American lexicon, a description given by Arnold of their flight, "[like] a saucer skipped across water". The Maury Island case remains an enigma as many believe it a hoax. Harold Dahl spotted several donut-shaped UFOs with one in trouble, while at work on a boat near the island. A slag-like material dropped from the distressed UFO that struck Dahl's boat, injuring his son and killing the family dog. Fred Crisman, who was Dahl's boss, is informed of the boat's damage. The story gets weird when Dahl receives an implied threat from a "Men In Black" (MIB), who invited Dahl to breakfast the very next morning. Dahl reports later his son disappeared to turn up waiting tables in Montana without any memory how he got there?

A very good account of the Maury Island incident is provided by WEIRD U.S. website. "Dahl and Crisman sent a package to publisher Ray Palmer in Chicago...A few weeks later, Palmer contacted Kenneth Arnold, who had begun investigating UFOs...Arnold arrived in Tacoma in late July with airline pilot E.J. Smith...On the afternoon of July 31, Captain Lee Davidson and First Lieutenant Frank Brown of the U.S. Army Air Force flew up to Tacoma from Hamilton Field, California...In addition to being pilots, the two men were intelligence specialists. They met with Arnold, Smith, and Crisman for several hours. The two officers were in a hurry to return to base and participate in ceremony and celebration of the Air Force's formal split from the Army the next day. Davidson and Brown never made it as their B-25 bomber went down near Kelso, WA in early hours of August 1st to become Air Force's first fatalities. A UFO Hunter episode suggests if the metal slag onboard the B-25 were magnetized, it may have ignited a fire in the plane's electrical components?

The overshadowing figure is Fred Crisman, who keeps showing up, in Dallas, New Orleans, years later back in Tacoma much as you would expect from an agency asset. Hal McKenzie suspects in a Conspiracy Plant article on the Kenn Thomas book, "Maury Island UFO," Fred Crisman is a key figure, "some spooks haunt both JFK and UFO coverups". Kenn Thomas has also a new book on the coverups, "JFK and UFO". The present writer leans towards a campaign to coverup testing of experimental craft by aerospace companies in area.

Kenneth Arnold investigated UFOs, after his sighting, to write story in Palmer publication FATE magazine, "I Did See the Flying Disks," in the very first issue (pictured). Arnold also wrote a book in 1952 about his experience, "The Coming of the Saucers". Please enjoy the following 1950 Edwin R Murrow interview of Arnold (mp3).

Ground Zero Live with Clyde Lewis interviewed author Kenn Thomas and Bill Birnes, show host of UFO Hunters, providing additional insight into both the incident and the B-25 crash. It's all good stuff!

phoenix haboob lights

The Haboob video posted on the CNN website, created a stir when lights were spotted! Is it another Phoenix Lights sighting in the making? Jason McClellan at openminds.tv does an excellent job explaining the two lights were probably a helicopter (stationary light just above rolling clouds) and an airliner that had to make another pass at the airport (moving light at very top of picture). Kathie Bechmann's commentary on CNN video, would have you believe it's an UFO from all appearances. A Russian Today video provides perspective that probably came from the stationary light (a helicopter) of the plane flying through the Haboob. A viewer can be fooled by an optical illusion.
