A 2007 Redstar Films documentary, "Best Evidence:  Top Ten UFO Sightings," aired on Space in Canada.  A UFO sightings show may seem unattractive to fans who might anticipate cases.  Yes, there's a few perennial favorites such as the 1980 Rendlesham Forest sighting, however retired Colonel Charles Halt adds details about what was learned afterwards, which adds a fresh perspective to an otherwise well-know incident.  The Canadian production includes cases not as visible in the United States.  A mile-long UFO spotted by multiple witnesses along Klondike Highway in 1996, provides a fascinating and well-documented case.  A 1967 Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia sighting is another.  You may view UFOs from a Canadian perspective in a well-done 47 minute production and discover remaining cases.   The best part admission is free!

'I Know What I Saw' a top UFO documentary

James Fox made a top flight UFO documentary for History Channel in 2010, "I Know What I Saw," (full movie linked). It's a comprehensive treatment from first days to very crest of hysteria in 1952, resulting in largest press conference since WWII. The classic 1966 Michigan UFO sightings are covered that resulted in J Allen Hynek attempt to dismiss some sightings as 'swamp gas'. The remarks by Hynek misrepresented in the press by leaving out qualifier (some), made national headlines to secure permanent place in popular culture.  The Rendlesham Forest 1980 Sightings get thorough treatment, and results, in communicating deep meaning events still holds in lives of its participants even today. 1997 Phoenix Lights and former governor Fife Symington play significant roles as well as coverage of 2007 UFO Conference at the National Press Club.

Over twenty years ago, the underground base at Dulce, New Mexico was first exposed to public view with The Dulce Book by Branton. The base suspected to lie under the Archuleta Mesa on the Jicarilla Indian reservation, is rumored to be manned by Reptilians, Greysand humans in tense working relationships. Later, in the nineties, Phil Schneider reported his version of a battle in the late seventies, AKA "the Dulce Wars", which broke out with the Greys and resulted in the death of over sixty men here. A wide range of questionable research takes place underground in utmost secrecy at Dulce. The study of auras, dreams, and telepathy to hideous bio-genetic experiments are conducted on the seven levels. Level Six is called "Nightmare Hall" because of the dark nature of the experiments. Cattle mutilations (mutes) were prevalent around Dulce in the mid-seventies and a possible cross-species fetus discovered in an opened cow's womb before it could be retrieved. Gabe Valdez, former New Mexico state patrol officer, related the discovery on a 2009 UFO Hunters episode.

Paul Bennewitz, a businessman who worked near Kirtland Air Force Base, became a UFO researcher after spotting lights over the Manzano underground nuclear storage area near his home. Bennewitz took pictures of saucers at Dulce when flying on business to the Denver area, he claimed also to monitor communications from the underground base. After bringing these claims to authorities attention, Bennewitz became the target of a disinformation campaign, grew increasingly paranoid and finally institutionalized. The Dulce book, as much a compilation of writings from Tal Levesque aka Jason Bishop, Val Valerian aka John Grace and John Lear as well as Branton aka Bruce Alan DeWalton, remains the best introduction. 'rendlesham revealed' ufo special from bbc

Mark Murphy and Lesley Dolphin host two hour BBC Suffolk UFO Special "Rendlesham Revealed" available online a few days only. Thirty year anniversary special features Nick Pope, former head of British Ministry of Defence's UFO project, and many witnesses from the December 26, 1980 incident, Boxing Day in the UK. Rendlesham revealed was recorded live from Cold War Museum, the former Bentwaters Air Base that borders the forest. Deputy Base Commander Charles Halt's audio recording of the incident, originally released to the public in 1984, gets played and reviewed.

Rendlesham revealed attempts to pass off the incident as a cover up of US airmen's prank, who flew a helicopter with an Apollo module suspended below through the forest that crisp winter night. It's the British version of weather balloon tripe! There are also the Oxford Ness lighthouse and break up of Russian rocket theories. It's interesting to note, witnesses stlll firmly believe it's a UFO, since they've not seen anything like it. A very entertaining show to just curl up with a hot cocoa and listen in suspense as you suspend your judgment.
