super emp remains instant kill shot threat
An Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) from a high altitude nuclear detonation over the United States, remains an instant kill shot threat that can stop our country cold in its tracks. A recent newsmax.com article, "North Korea Tests 'Super-EMP' Nuke," corrects widely-reported erroneous conclusion a 2009 test was a failure. "North Korea’s last round of tests, conducted in May 2009, appear to have included a ‘super-EMP’ weapon, capable of emitting enough gamma rays to disable the electric power grid across most of the lower 48 states, says Dr. Peter Vincent Pry, a former CIA nuclear weapons analyst and president of EMPact America, a citizens lobbying group...North Korea’s nuclear tests have been dismissed as failures by some analysts because of their low explosive yield. But Dr. Pry believes they bore the 'signature' of the Russian-designed 'super-EMP' weapon, capable of emitting more gamma radiation than a 25-megaton nuclear weapon." This news item is disconcerting because average citizens will be in the dark unable to verify EMP source. An event knocking out the nation's power grid can be blamed just as easily on a solar event. Please take a few moments to raise your awareness by listening to Dr Pry on EMPact Radio. EMP is a very real danger!

gundersen: water intake bldg most critical at ft calhoun plant
Arnie Gundersen raises awareness of nuclear plant operations, single-handedly, with his online videos. Gundersen points out in a WBAI interview a small water intake building with primary role in keeping nuclear materials cool, may be most critical factor at Fort Calhoun? Nuclear materials must be kept cool at all times and reality not lost on this nuclear industry executive. The importance of outside observations cannot be understated with nuclear energy. Tom Burnett, another expert, observes most recent pictures of Fort Calhoun disappear off the net, an indication of efforts to withhold information from the public. The pictures of Fort Calhoun nuclear plant pumping water like a shipping ship, are not comforting. You must also wonder about the burst aqua berm over the weekend? Was it a nefarious act or another in an endless stream of supposed mishaps or incompetence? The present writer doesn't buy it's always an innocent mistake!

end of sumer 2024 bc
A contentious co-existence between warring Annunaki clans descended from Enki and Enlil, came to an ironic and fateful end in 2024BC. Civilization literally fled Sumer in a race against deadly nuclear fallout. Enki's son, Marduk, threatened to control all the spaceports on Earth, an intolerable situation for Enlilites (Enlil's clan). In Sitchin student Sasha Lessin's Essay 41, "Sumer Dies; Marduk & Babylon Prevail". "In 2024BC, Nergal and Ninurta carried out Earth's first nuclear attack. Purpose of the attack: stop advance of Marduk and his son, Nabu, on the Sinai Spaceport. Enlil and the Anunnaki Council on Earth had ordered the attack; only Marduk's father Enki dissented..."
Enlil, banished to Africa for a time as punishment for rape, learned of the "Weapons of Terror" from Abgal, who had long ago hid them with Enki in a cave there. Sasha Lessin, in another essay, describes events immediately preceding and the fateful attacks:
Zechara Sitchin provides on page 89 of "The End of Days" the epithets given Nergal and Ninurta for unleashing terror weapons:
Sitchin provided evidence for his view in a 2001 article, "The Case for The Evil Wind" and the pictured Tephra, a blackened volcanic-like rock in the Sinai where no volcano is located. Lessin writes in , " 2024BC: Fallout from Nergal and Ninurta's Nukes Kill Sumer;Spare Marduk's Babylon,":
Enki convinces Enlil to accept destiny of Marduk prevailing with the sparing of Marduk's Babylon from the Evil Wind as recorded on tablet 14 of the Lost Book of Enki:
Enlil, banished to Africa for a time as punishment for rape, learned of the "Weapons of Terror" from Abgal, who had long ago hid them with Enki in a cave there. Sasha Lessin, in another essay, describes events immediately preceding and the fateful attacks:
"Enlil evacuated the Igigi Astronauts from the Sinai and sent Ninurta and Nergal (the 'angels' of the Bible) to confirm from his spys in Canaan--Ibruum [Abraham] and Lot--that they should bomb Sodom, Gomorra and other cities allied with Marduk. Enlil gave his spies time to flee, then ordered the attack.
2024 BC, Enlil's son Ninurta attacked the Sinai. "The first terror weapon [a
missile called One Without Rival] from the skies Ninurta let loose; the top of Mount Mashu [where the controlling equipment was housed] with a flash it sliced off, the mount's innards in an instant it melted.
Above the Place of the Celestial Chariots [rocketships] the second weapon [called Blazing Flame] he unleashed, with a brilliance of seven suns the plain's rocks into a gushing wound were made...with burnt and crushed stones was the plain of the chariots covered, of all the forests that the plain had surrounded, only tree stems were left standing. [Sitchin, Z., 2002, The Lost Book of Enki, page 310]"
Nergal bombed his brother Marduk's forces in Canaan [Enki sired both Marduk and Nergal; [sitchin, Z., 2002, The Lost Book of Enki, pages 315 - 316]: He nuked Sodom, Gomorra and three other cities Ibruum[Abraham] had identified as allied with Marduk. Nergal's nukes made the Dead Sea dead. To this day, "the water of springs surrounding the Dead Sea has been contaminated with radioactivity, `enough to induce sterility..in any animals and humans that absorbed it...'"
Zechara Sitchin provides on page 89 of "The End of Days" the epithets given Nergal and Ninurta for unleashing terror weapons:
"In the aftermath...Nergal dictated to a trusted scribe his own version of the events, trying to exonerate himself. The long text is known as the Erra Epos, for it refers to Nergal by the epithet Erra (“The Annihilator”) and to Ninurta as Ishum (“The Scorcher”)."
"..an Evil Wind carried...From the Upper Sea, a stormwind began blowing, the dark-brown cloud eastward toward Shumer the death was carried. Wherever it reached, death to all that lives mercilessly it delivered.
The alarm Enlil and Enki to the gods of Shumer transmitted, Escape!
From their cities the gods did flee.
The people of the land by the evil storms hand were clutched. Those
who behind locked doors hid inside their houses like flies were
felled. Those who in the streets fled, int the streets were their
corpses piled up. Everything that lived perished." But
Babylon, "where Marduk his supremacy declared , by the Evil Wind was
spared." [sitchin, Z., 2002, The Lost Book of Enki, pages 312 - 313]"
Enki convinces Enlil to accept destiny of Marduk prevailing with the sparing of Marduk's Babylon from the Evil Wind as recorded on tablet 14 of the Lost Book of Enki:
"So did Enlil to his brother Enki say, then he the triumph of Marduk accepted.Nuclear wars conducted by ancient astronauts seem more real than ever? It's still a profound story - accusations of pseudoscience aside - with Sitchin's belief evidence of scarring on Sinai visible in satellite picture at left. The present day condition of Dead Sea where Sodom and Gomorrah are believed submerged under water at the south tip near "the tongue" of the sea as pictured right. Sumer came to an abrupt end. The first civilization known to mankind was gone even faster than it had risen!
Let the rank of fifty, by me for Ninurta intended, to Marduk instead be given,
Let Marduk over the desolation in the Regions his supremacy declare!
As for me and Ninurta, we will in his way no longer stand.
To the Lands Beyond the Oceans we will depart, what we had all had come for,
The mission to obtain for Nibiru gold we will complete!"

hackers take down mastercard for a second time
from raw story: The website of credit card provider MasterCard was taken offline Tuesday morning, apparently due to hacker activists trying to make a statement about the financial blockade of anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks.
MasterCard, along with Visa, PayPal, Bank of America and Western Union, have all decided to withhold funds from WikiLeaks, and the site placed their resulting losses at nearly $15 million. They took the drastic action after the site began releasing U.S. diplomatic cables allegedly turned over to them by a lone U.S. Army private.
When MasterCard first announced it was cutting off WikiLeaks back in December, hackers with the protest group Anonymous took their site offline and stopped MasterCard transactions for at least several hours. Visa, PayPal and Bank of America were also targeted by similar attacks and saw their website services interrupted, but did not lose the ability to process transactions.
MasterCard's site outage Tuesday morning comes just one week after WikiLeaks released a promotional video in the style of MasterCard's "Priceless" advertising campaign. It urges viewers to learn more about the site's ongoing battle with the financial world, and to support their work.
Tuesday's hack was announced from a Twitter account that did not appear to be directly related to Anonymous or the now infamous "LulzSec" group, and almost immediately repeated by the official WikiLeaks account. MasterCard's site had returned at time of this story's publication.

los alamos fire: cover for black op?
Is the nuclear genie out of the bottle at Los Alamos National Laboratory? An Intel Hub article, "Los Alamos Fire: Perfect Cover For Nuclear False Flag Operation," challenges our politically correct programming with what writers believe, "one has to suspend all normal modes of thinking and understand that the individuals with power behind the 9/11 False Flag Attack on September 11, 2001 don’t think like you and me. These are evil minded individuals without conscience, without boundaries of moral and civil behavior." Any casual observer would admit the number of unfortunate incidents are climbing. The writers put their suppositions in print, "Is the Los Alamos Fire going to be used as a cover for a Black Op to seize Nuclear Materials that might be used in or on an American city in the near future? Are the Supercomputing Systems at Los Alamos the target of a Computer Software Hack to enable remote control? Would such a thing be impossible, given that no-one is currently at Los Alamos?" There is, also, an informative link to a 2004 NPR program, discussing safety risks of nuclear materials storage and results of mock drills! The writers are asking good questions and readers may draw their own conclusions.

power-grid experiment could confuse electric clocks
from ap: A yearlong experiment with America's electric grid could mess up traffic lights, security systems and some computers — and make plug-in clocks and appliances like programmable coffeemakers run up to 20 minutes fast. "A lot of people are going to have things break and they're not going to know why," said Demetrios Matsakis, head of the time service department at the U.S. Naval Observatory, one of two official timekeeping agencies in the federal government. Since 1930, electric clocks have kept time based on the rate of the electrical current that powers them. If the current slips off its usual rate, clocks run a little fast or slow. Power companies now take steps to correct it and keep the frequency of the current — and the time — as precise as possible. The group that oversees the U.S. power grid is proposing an experiment that would allow more frequency variation than it does now without corrections, according to a company presentation obtained by The Associated Press. Officials say they want to try this to make the power supply more reliable, save money and reduce what may be needless efforts. The test is tentatively set to start in mid-July, but that could change. Tweaking the power grid's frequency is expensive and takes a lot of effort, said Joe McClelland, head of electric reliability for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. "Is anyone using the grid to keep track of time?" McClelland said. "Let's see if anyone complains if we eliminate it."

flood wall collapses at ft calhoun nuclear reactor
An ancillary flood wall collapsed in early hours of Sunday morning at the Fort Calhoun nuclear power plant. A news article at Omaha.com reported, "the 2,000-foot berm collapsed about 1:25 a.m. Sunday due to 'onsite activities,' OPPD officials said... Floodwater surrounded the nuclear plant's main electrical transformers after the Aqua Dam, a water-filled tubular levee, collapsed, and power was transferred to emergency diesel generators. OPPD officials said the transfer was precautionary because of water leaking around the concrete berm surrounding the main transformers." Apparently, the berm was inadvertently punctured in the course of ongoing work at the plant. The article informs in a calm tone, "water now surrounds the auxiliary and containment buildings, which are designed to handle flooding up to 1,014 feet above sea level. The river is at 1,006.3 feet and isn't forecast to exceed 1,008 feet." Another disaster successfully averted at the Nebraska power plant. One more article at the same site advises, "Flooding: The worst is yet to come". The Flood of 2011 on the Missouri will make for a long summer in Nebraska. The Army Corps of Engineers has a Riverwatch 2011 page to post current water levels along the Missouri. The early Sunday incident reminds us a crisis could quickly rise with the river!

brazen hacker group lulzsec says it's disbanding
final cache includes at&t internal data & 750k user accounts
from ap: A publicity-seeking hacker group that has left a trail of sabotaged websites over the last two months, including attacks on law enforcement and releases of private data, said unexpectedly on Saturday it is dissolving itself. Lulz Security made its announcement through its Twitter account. It gave no reason for the disbandment, but it could be a sign of nerves in the face of law enforcement investigations. Rival hackers have also joined in the hunt, releasing information they say could point to the identities of the six-member group. One of the group's members was interviewed by The Associated Press on Friday, and gave no indication that its work was ending. LulzSec claimed hacks on major entertainment companies, FBI partner organizations, the CIA, the U.S. Senate and a pornography website.

dutchsinse readings at ft calhoun waterlogged nuclear plant
Dutchsinse is on the job with readings on June 24th at an inundated Fort Calhoun, NE nuclear plant. Radiation measured in at 61.4 clicks per minute and Dutchsinse's conclusion, "...MID to LOW level 'background' radiation...the levels here NEXT to the plant are equal to that of most everywhere else in the country except for Denver Colorado. This also means RUMOR has run amok, and there has not been any sort of detectable radioactive 'leak'.
The present writer passed by the Fort Calhoun plant, today, wondering how tight security would be? The plant appeared under control with several cars in parking lot and construction equipment on site. The scene appeared calm, at least, from the outside and flooding less prevalent to judge from pictures of just a week ago. A stop at a local convenience store showed plant still a "hot" topic with a customer complaining, "CNN believes the power company is lying about water getting into the plant," with a nodding cashier in quiet agreement. A quick search only reveals a CNN article from two days ago, which is rather supportive in tone. The article reveals an interesting, flood rumor control webpage, at the OPPD website.
A friend's son works at the plant and maintains there is no radiation leak, which Dutchsinse confirms with readings just outside the entrance. It's all calm currently, at least, in Fort Calhoun on this weekend radiation roundup.

next false flag weekend chatter
The next false flag event may take unexpected form, but groundwork reported in place for an attack! Leon Panetta, Defense Secretary nominee, warned at his confirmation hearing recently, "...next ‘Pearl Harbor’ could be a cyber attack." Alex Thomas provides in a recent article at the Intel Hub, "The Stage Is Set For a Nuclear False Flag," a thorough summary of steps pointing to a nuclear event. The most blatant are 25 letters that, "...claim nuclear bombs are hidden throughout the United States have been sent to multiple investigators and citizens in the Chicago area. The letter inside said, 'The Al-Qaeda organization has planted 160 nuclear bombs throughout the U.S. in schools, stadiums, churches, stores, financial institutions and government buildings.' It also said, 'This is a suicide mission for us,' reported CBS Chicago." The present writer wonders how many readers still take al-Qaida, a legion of western intelligence-trained actors, seriously?
Webster Tarpley exposed these methods in a 2009 Fort Hood shooting article and his 2005 book, "9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made In USA,"9/11 and other recent terrorist attacks represented provocations cynically orchestrated by privately controlled rogue networks operating within the US intelligence agencies for purposes of mass political manipulation." A Fox News report revealed cleric Anwar al-Awlaki has dined with brass at the Pentagon. Al-Awlaki is most dangerous, since he is an American-born citizen, whose arrest would open door for any American to be labeled "a terrorist".
The al-Qaida and bin Laden nuclear theme dates to a 2002 World Net Daily Article, whether bin Laden obtained 20 suitcase nukes in 1998 from Russian intelligence agents. How short is the collective American memory? Dick Cheney shared fears of nuclear threat in bizarre 2007 year. These reports of nukes smuggled into the United States or their threat, provide cover for nefarious acts by simply invoking very tired Boogeymen: bin Laden and al-Qaida.
The Intel Hub article continues with 2007 Minot missing nuke incident, where some speculated device was destined for the Middle East. Barksdale AFB is the originating base for B-52 flights overseas. An alternative and less likely view has missing nuke flown not straight to Barksdale but to Area 51, where adventurer Steve Fossett possibly saw too much and disappeared over Nevada desert. Fossett was found dead only months later in California. The intrigue goes further with possibility nuke ended up in downtown Portland, where radiation was detected during TOPOFF 4 drill.
Portland, Oregon occupies a special position as a top target. Capt. Eric H May, former Army intelligence, placed Portland as a tertiary target in a 2008 Global Research article:
The present writer was convinced of this special judgement reserved for the city after viewing coverage of 2002 Portland protests. There is only a gut feeling as to the validity of this apprehension but it is there. A bizarre 2009 slideshow "Operation Blackjack" at the Telegraph website, which can only be propaganda, reinforces a feeling of forboding as Portland, OR is also targeted there. Is it conveying a message of no act of insolence will go unpunished? The slideshow seems to serve as predictive programming, and possibly, an illuminati credo of absolving guilt by warning victims in advance?
Chicago is May's secondary target and on radar for several reasons. The former Sears Tower renamed Willis Tower is owned by Larry Silverstein and cannot dismiss another huge insurance scam. Rahm Emanuel is mayor of Chicago and rumored MOSSAD agent. Chicago is very corrupt with large criminal element. You cannot dismiss the similarities to the World Trade Center on 9/11. Bob Tuskin and James Evan Pilato discuss possibility on You Tube, "Is The Willis Tower Being Set Up For A False Flag Terror Attack?"
You may want to pick up a Geiger counter before they're out of stock! The present writer bets on blood sacrifice in elevated numbers to motivate populace to take on additional burdens and more wars. A cyber terrorist act or even radiation from nuclear plants, compromised by flooding, are insufficient but provide an additive effect of reduced fertility and increased death - and what seems in store for us?

"Portland, called "Little Beirut" by Bush cronies because of its enmity to Bush 41 and Bush 43, only made my top three list last summer, when it was designated as a target for a nuclear attack by successive exercises Noble Resolve and TOPOFF. I discovered that Stanford and Harvard had prepared a detailed nuclear fallout map for it, that national military commanders and state National Guard commanders were telling different stories about what the exercises were trying to accomplish, and that Portland's The Oregonian newspaper was doing everything it could to avoid investigating the frightening anomalies. I wasn't at all surprised that the last day of the exercises found the Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff in downtown Portland, which was largely closed down by an 'unexpected" bomb threat'."

elenin = extinction level event notable impact nemesis
Ground Zero Media's Clyde Lewis provides interesting take on comet Elenin as revealed in the series, "The Event". Lewis admits, "...I literally have tuned out any commentary about Comet Elenin." It's an easily recognizable sentiment in light of overwhelming hype on doomsday scenarios. KXL Ground Zero Live's host notes agitated behavior has now caught his attention, "...whenever there is a comet or some Near earth object coming towards the authorities tend to overreact and there are strange things that go on behind the scenes leading me to believe that even governments and Military get a little unhinged when it comes to space anomalies of this magnitude." Is there more to the hysteria?
Michael Salla, of exopolitics.org, is Lewis' primary source from recent article, "The Event and Comet Elenin," where question posed, "What is the relationship between Comet Elenin and the Event? Perhaps nothing; or, maybe, a very lot indeed." This kind of inquiry is no longer frivolous with past examples of predictive programming in media. In 9-11 lore, "The Lone Gunmen Pilot," is infamous for plot to fly airliner into the World Trade Center. Perhaps of most interest, Bosnian earth scientist Dr Mensur Omerbashich using publicly available tracking software, found correlations between earthquakes and Comet Elenin alignments. Omerbashich's paper on the subject is available in .pdf format here. The paper suggests Elenin is far more massive than a comet, opening door as apparent support for existence of Planet X. Lewis and Salla wonder about possibility?
The TV series was canceled, as conspiracy theorists suggest in Lewis' article, because it got too close to the truth. The talk show host also ties emergency preparations around country as indicative of impending event. Numerology is, also, brought in and provides a "WOW" factor. Lewis implies alignment dates have occult portent, "... Comet Elenin will be at perihelion or the closest to the Sun on 11/9/11 and we will pass directly through its tail in 11/11/11."
Our present dilemma is summarized by Lewis, "...like the TV Show THE EVENT...we will wait and see if we will be renewed for next year...." Everyone seems to be pointing to the fall of 2011 for the event? We only have months to wait and see, whether an earthshaking planet appears in our sky!

are lulzsec hacks work of military intelligence?
Kurt Nimmo poses crucial question in recent article, "Are LulzSec Hacker Attacks the Work of Military Intelligence?". There are concerted "cyber terrorism" propaganda campaigns on mainstream media here and here. Russian and China are names dropped as a matter of course during discussions. Nimmo cuts to the chase, however, with simple observation, "Is it merely a coincidence so-called 'hackitvists' – who release the passwords of common folk in addition to attacking the CIA and the FBI’s InfraGard – are engaged in this behavior just as the Senate debates weighty cyber security legislation?" Revolutionary hacker groups are, most likely, newer more sophisticated forms of sixties-style COINTELPRO operations, engaged in false flag attacks. It is the Hegelian dialectic: problem, reaction and solution! The most recent act's curtain lowers on tragedy playing out before us: shutting down the internet as we know it!

planet x and mysterious death of dr robert harrington
Popular Planet X doomsday scenarios surface regularly to remind us of its myth and mystery. An e-mail exchange at rense.com offers one listener's view followed by a rebuttal by yet another unnamed source. The opposing views highlight nicely arguments for and against the existence of an unknown large object in our solar system! The first e-mail asserts Pioneer 10 and twin Pioneer 11, launched in the seventies to find Planet X and summarizes other arguments which brought intense interest to the search. "September 10, 1984 US News and World Report declared in the article 'Planet X - Is It Really Out There?' that NASA had indeed found something approximately 50 billion miles away. Then in a 1992 press release NASA stated that, 'Unexplained deviations in the orbits of Uranus and Neptune point to a large outer solar system body of 4 to 8 earth masses on a highly tilted orbit, beyond [ONLY] 7 billion miles from the sun'". Dr. Robert S Harrington, a professional astronomer, also convinced, using same methods employed to detect Pluto and its moon, wrote in 1988, "The Location of Planet X," for the Astronomical Journal.
Harrington, chief astronomer at the U.S. Naval Observatory, took an 8-inch telescope in 1991 to Black Birch, New Zealand, an optimal spot for sighting Planet X according to writers John Dinardo and Janice Manning in, "Planet X and the Mysterious Death of Dr. Robert Harrington." In just two years, the astronomer had died of esophageal cancer and many question the timing and rapid demise at age 50. "By analyzing time-lapse photographs using the "blink comparison" technique, originated by famed Pluto discoverer, Clyde Tombaugh, Dr. Harrington proved that Planet X was indeed inbound into our Solar System. Harrington sent back reports of this ominous discovery, but died of what was reported to be esophageal cancer before he could pack up his telescope and come home to hold what would have been a highly publicized press conference." Is this the truth?
In rebuttal, the second anonymous email at rense.com dispatches many persuasive points with minimum words. Harrington credited with reigniting search for Planet X with calculations Pluto too small to account for perturbation in Uranus and Neptune orbits, second email concludes Planet X was never found. Is this the truth or is truth suppressed? It continues with dismissing twin Pioneer probes as not experiencing any perturbations in their trajectories. Voyager 2 found Neptune to be less massive than previously thought, thus accounting for its 'apparent' orbital perturbances. The most difficult argument is the the Infra-Red Astronomical Satellite (IRAS) which detected a large object not once but twice in six months. The response is perhaps most crafty of all with, "we don't know what it is?" The IRAS data found the object in same location after six months and implies data hints it's not a planet or there would be movement? Is this the truth? Or is the object too far away to measure movement with any accuracy?
On an intuitive level, a mind suspects something is up? Many preparations are underway such as the Svalbard Seed Vault and current wave of underground shelters. Is it too much to suspect, oligarchs are behaving as if they know their countless misdeeds will never be punished?

defense firms see opportunity in cyber attacks
from baltimore sun: A spate of high-profile online break-ins has given defense firms at the Paris Air Show a new sales pitch: cyber security. Targeted by hackers looking to steal source codes, R&D information and trade secrets, aerospace and defense firms are turning the tables on the pirates and are making security a key sales argument. "We see huge potential to do deals this week because interest in cyber security has soared given recent events," Paul MacGregor, general manager of Finmeccanica's UK security arm, Vega Consulting Services, told Reuters. He added that cyber security was now an "arms race," with defense firms battling to stay one step ahead of the hackers. "Information is now used as a weapon and companies need to defend it at all costs or they themselves could lose out on contracts if they are seen as having weak defenses," he said.

US preparing a 'world' for cyber war games
from inewp.com: With the help of several organizations including Lockheed Martin Corporation, the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency and nearly 500 million U.S. dollars, the United States government is currently constructing a virtual platform in which the government can simulate cyber wars and its own offensive capabilities in the cyber world without touching the actual Internet. The progress of the project, called the National Cyber Range, will be mainly overseen by the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the United States Department of Defense which had a hand in the creation of the Internet. True to its mission statement, DARPA intends to “prevent technological surprise to the U.S., but also to create technological surprise for its enemies” with the construction of the National Cyber Range. The Pentagon has put forth proposals to label cyber-attacks on the government to be acts of war. In recent years, cyber scares such as Stuxnet, Agent.Btz, Anonymous and the hack into the International Monetary Fund has prompted the Obama administration to reconsider policies regarding cyber space. A Cyber Pilot system is also being developed to classify and monitor cyber threats ranging from “destructive” to “government cyberwarfare”.
onboard for 100 year starship
Director of Technology Tactical Office at DARPA, David Neyland makes recruitment pitches in search of those who want to do basic scientific research. A Universe Today article notes, "DARPA is known for its brand of 'blue sky science' where the scientific research they do might not have apparent and initial real-world applications." Is the reason the research remains a black project for many years? An explanation of the name is provided in the article, "..Neyland has been working with NASA Ames Director Pete Worden on the concept and Neyland said they chose the name not because they actually want to send a starship on a 100-year mission to space – although that would be the ultimate goal — but they want to capture the imagination of folks who normally wouldn’t think of doing research and development and tag them with something they would be excited about. " The 100 Year Starship Study website requests paper abstracts to stimulate basic research that hopefully lead to future research projects. It sounds like a wonderful opportunity for research scientists.
Another conference, "38th IFPA-Fletcher Conference on National Security Strategy and Policy," brings DARPA's research into the light. Neyland's presentation provides insight, "Some people may be familiar with the F117 having come out of the Have Blue program, but not everybody realizes the things like launch vehicles, the Taurus and the Pegasus, the Global Hawk, the Predator, the A160 today, a number of these things came as DARPA program." Neyland makes a similar recruiting pitch at the conference held last year in Washington DC. and it's clear the research leads to new weapons. The presentation is of interest as it makes DARPA more accessible and a little less in the shadows after reading. I'm still uncertain whether you want to actually climb onboard?

telectroscope to televirtuality
The story begins with Paul St.George rummaging in grandmother's attic to find papers of his great-grandfather and engineer Alex Stanhope St. George. Paul St. George's discovery included notebooks, "...full of intricate drawings and passages of writing describing a strange machine. This device looked like an enormous telescope with a strange bee-hive shaped cowl at one end containing a complex configuration of mirrors and lenses. Alexander seemed to be suggesting that this invention, which he called a Telectroscope, would act as a visual amplifier, allowing people to see through a tunnel of immense length… a tunnel, the drawings implied, stretching from one side of the world to the other. The idea of the Telectroscope seemed too outlandish to be possible and yet there was something in the scribbled notes that had the ring of truth about it."
One hundred years later, a NY Times article reports on the 2008 realization of St. George's dream, the Telectroscope. An art project created by St. George, a professor of animation at London Metro, the wikipedia entry provides an explanation of the back story, "...it used a transatlantic tunnel started by the artist's fictional great-grandfather, Alexander Stanhope St. George. In reality, the installation used two video cameras linked by a VPN connection to provide a virtual tunnel across the Atlantic. The connection used links of between 8 and 50 Mbps and the images were transmitted using MPEG-2 compression. The producer of this spectacle was the creative company Artichoke, who previously staged The Sultan's Elephant in London."
The NY Times article clarifies further, "and some of it is true, sort of. Mr. St George did have a relative named Alexander — his grandfather, a tailor. The extra generation was added, as was the Stanhope; it’s the name of a type of magnifying lens. And the Telectroscope is a real 19th-century creation — sort of. It was written about, Mr. St George said, by a reporter who misheard a story about an electroscope, a device used to measure electrical current." Mark Twain was fascinated and wrote a science fiction short story, "From the 'London Times' of 1904." St. George looks for new projects, now, “I’m hoping people will find other inventions that could’ve been, or were almost, and think about completing those.”

10 sci-fi predictions that came true
Truth is stranger than fiction,10 Sc-Fi Predictions That Came True only supports the notion. Moon Landing predicted by Jules Verne more than 100 years before the moonwalk in his novel, "From the Earth to the Moon." The InnovationsNewsDaily article observes, "according to Jules Verne’s story..., the first mission to the moon was launched in December from a base in Florida. The crew consisted of three men who were seated in a large capsule constructed almost entirely from aluminum. After their moonwalk, Verne’s crew lands in the Pacific Ocean and is picked up by a U.S. Navy ship. Sound familiar?"
Jules Verne's ship named Columbiad and NASA's Columbia and referred to weighlessness in 1865! Wow! You may find the predictions exciting but a conspiratorial angle should be not be dismissed. Jules Verne was a Freemason and consider whether these were predictions, or somehow, preordained and predestined by the Order? Columbia is just a popular name? Florida launch site an overwhelming probability? You can listen to this amazing story, which influenced both space pioneers Hermann Oberth and Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, on free mp3 download here--thanks to Librivox.

iran launches second satellite
Iran launched Rasad-1 (Observation-1) into orbit, Wednesday. You have to like the humor in a Satnews Daily article, where subheading reads, "Iran... Why, Of Course This Is A Satellite Tasked With Peaceful Intentions (Launch)." Rasad-1 follows launch of Omid (Hope) in 2009. Iran's observation satellite weighs 34 pounds, will orbit every 90 minutes 162 miles up at an inclination of 55.7 degrees. Where's the right wing fear mongers to recite party line: rocket tech used in launch can also launch missiles? The present writer felt a deja vu to a more innocent time when space exploration meant new frontiers with wide horizons other than militarization and weaponization! The launch looked rudimentary if well-done with a resemblance to the fifties and sixties. "Seh do yek"...how do you say lift off in Farsi and may get more familiar with their countdown in time?

missouri river floods ft calhoun ne nuclear plant
What in the world is going on? A Nebraska nuclear power plant in Fort Calhoun alongside the Missouri River evacuated recently and called in local fire department after a fire broke out. Arnie Gundersen, a nuclear power expert, provides professional insights into crisis and simple observation, "nuclear plants and sand bags don't mix." Gundersen implies a more serious crisis in a Five O'Clock Shadow interview with observation local fire departments are hardly ever called in as plants rountinely handle small fires. Also, the six dams along the Missouri river are full from greater snow run off this year and Gundersen bluntly adds a dam failure would present a great danger. The Ft Calhoun plant is also the storage facility for the state's spent fuel rods. Gundersen interview is available here.
There are, also, interesting posts elsewhere. A NC Renegade blog entry comments on No Fly Zone over the power plant. The present writer surmises, authorities want to conceal escaping gasses. Jeff Rense links an e-mail from Tom Burnett, an expert who is frequently on his show. Burnett points out, "Calhoun stores its spent fuel in ground-level pools which are underwater anyway - but they are open at the top. When the Missouri river pours in there, it's going to make Fukushima look like an x-ray. But that's not all. There are a LOT of nuclear plants on both the Missouri and Mississippi and they can all go to hell fast." Are you beginning to wonder why the crises at nuclear plants?

june 15 lunar eclipse; not visible from north america
A rare lunar eclipse will occur tomorrow, according to Tammy Plotner at Universe Today, "...the Moon will pass directly through the center of the Earth’s shadow cone – an event that hasn’t happened in 11 years and won’t happen again until 2018." There is only one catch to this rare sight, the eclipse will not be visible in North America. Plotner informs - no problem - just click on link to Israel's Bareket Observatory between 17:00-23:00 GMT for live broadcast of eclipse - an amazing internet age spectacle! You wonder when will be next eclipse? You too can be in the know by visiting the Mr Eclipse alert page!

lulzsec laughing at your security since 2011
Computer hackers Lulz Security, a loosely knit group, announced Monday their successful hack of Senate computers. Lulz is internet slang for 'laughing out loud'. A Reuters article presents the government response. "Despite the breach, the Sergeant at Arms Office, which provides security for the Senate, said that the breach had not compromised any individual senator's information." You've got to admire the group's audacity from the following brash comments also from Reuters. "'We don't like the U.S. government very much,' Lulz Security said at the top of their release. 'This is a small, just-for-kicks release of some internal data from Senate.gov - is this an act of war, gentlemen? Problem?' The comment refers to reports that the military had decided that it could respond to cyber attacks from foreign countries with traditional military force." John Bumgarner from a think tank, Cyber Consequences Unit, believes it's an especially embarrassing incident for the Senate since it reveals hackers had administrator level access to the system. LulzSec seems to be sending message we are capable of doing more! The present writer would only ask, how can you compromise the already compromised? The late comedian George Carlin would've had a field day with this material!

facebook loses 6m US users in may
social network is still growing, but not as fast
from computerworld: Facebook may continue to gain users, but the world's biggest social network isn't gaining them as quickly as it has been and is actually losing users in the U.S. Facebook gained 11.8 million more users last month alone, according to a study by Inside Facebook. While that's a lot of new users, it's less than the 13.9 million new users who joined the site in April, or the 20 million gain during some months in the past year. And while Inside Facebook reports that the social network is approaching 700 million users worldwide, the number of U.S. users has dropped. The study found that Facebook lost 6 million U.S. users in May. The study noted that Facebook had 155.2 million U.S. users at the beginning of May but 149.4 million at the end of the month. Other countries showed losses as well; Canada dropped by 1.52 million and the U.K. dropped by more than 100,000, but the U.S. showed the biggest loss for Facebook last month.

new adam curtis doc: 'all watched over by machines of loving grace'
from guardian: Adam Curtis's new documentary series All Watched Over By Machines Of Loving Grace suggests that man is not liberated by computers but actually enslaved. It's a premise that's difficult to refute as I type this column into an overheated laptop with TweetDeck, email and Skype on the same screen bleeping and nagging... What's that, Curtis? Computers are the boss of us? We don't know what you mean.

benjamin fulford on fukushima: stolen kursk nuke
Former Forbes Asian Bureau Chief Benjamin Fulford expressed views on Fukushima disaster in a May 25th interview with Jeff Rense. An upset and agitated Fulford reports that a nuke recovered from the sunken Russian sub Kursk was used to create the 3/11 tsunami. Fulford informs rogue intelligence actors tied to Zionists behind the act. A journalist living in Japan named Henry Kissinger, George H.W. Bush, David Rockefeller and Jay Rockefeller as some of the perpetrators behind world's woes. The former Asian Bureau Chief goes into detail on how a nuclear weapon was put in place "... it was transferred onto the deep ocean drilling vessel, the Chikyo Mara. And you won't be able to find newspaper articles in Japanese saying that the Chikyo Mara was drilling a hole right at the epicenter of what became the earthquake, starting January 17th of this year. They drilled down 10 kilometers into the seabed, and they put the (stolen from the Kursk) atomic weapon there..."
Fulford explains the motive behind the nuke as "...an attempt to pry the Asian money out, through terror" and sees extortion on a global scale to continue "...and right now I am hearing these same rogue actors are planning a nuclear terrorist attack in Europe." There is more as Fulford describes global tensions at highest and as scramble for last good money, worldwide! Fulford compares situation to cartoon character Roadrunner, who is still running after going off a cliff and yet to realize no longer on solid footing! It's not a bad comparison! You can hear the May 25th Benjamin Fulford interview with Rense on You Tube.

dutchsinse geiger counter reads 73.2 clicks per min in idaho
Our radioactive weekend continues with Dutchsinse taking readings on a radioactive road trip! Do you recall when camping involved Coleman stoves and lanterns, a tent, sleeping bags and groceries? Dutchsinse may be a trendsetter where a geiger counter for measuring radioactivity levels on site seems essential? Highest readings recorded on Dutchsinse's radioactivity measurement trip, appears to be 73.2 clicks per minute at Craters of the Moon park in Idaho, which seems to be only background radiation, according to McGill University website? In Pendleton, Oregon, Dutchsinse reads 55.7 cpm on his counter! A geiger counter reading over 400 clicks per minute considered contamination. The readings from an independent source are reassuring as they appear to show low radioactivity?

radioactive weekend roundup: pacific nw infant deaths increase
Are increased infant deaths recorded in Pacific NW, since March, due to Fukushima fallout? Where is the US government to provide any guidance? Are you psychologically prepared for the answer? A recent Counterpunch article by Dr Janette Sherman and Joseph Mangano begins starkly, "US babies are dying at an increased rate." The article reports statistics, as provided by the CDC Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, eight cities in the Pacific Northwest totaled a greater number of infant deaths for babies less than a year old. Infant deaths averaged 9.25 per week for four week period ending March 19, 2011. Infant deaths averaged 12.5 for ten week period ending May 28, 2011. The eight cities contributing to statistically significant total: Seattle, Spokane, Boise, Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, Berkeley and Santa Cruz. The Japanese government has yet to move to entomb the reactors or dig ditches to prevent contamination of surrounding groundwater! This uncharacteristic lack of initiative seems a huge indicator of a sinister agenda at work behind the scenes and will be of interest to note any change in course after the Bilderbergers meet?

space junk #2: growth industry or hidden agenda?
We may look to regions beyond our atmosphere for the next "New Deal of the Space Age"? It would not be a government project but perhaps the next growth industry? How many can be employed cleaning hundreds of thousands of near Earth space objects and space debris? Or, will a fascist New World Order simply rocket prisoners into space without proper safety precautions to perform the task? Will it be the case space tourists peer out cabin windows to view manual trash collectors of celestial highways at work? Is there perhaps more behind this issue like a hidden agenda?
Is it all tin foil hat paranoia or simply a case of asking questions? There is concern about the huge eight ton ESA Envisat (Environmental Satellite pictured) when it is discarded in 2013. It is not beyond imagination, taxpayers could be asked to shoulder costs of environmental programs to sweep near Earth space free of debris by using space-based laser platforms. There will be another layer of cover to keep knowledge of space weapons platforms hidden. In "Near Space Environment," Cecilia Colome informs readers this is not a new idea:
On the other hand, hidden agendas are not entirely dismissed. A top ten of near earth objects can be viewed here. NASA devotes an entire program to track near earth objects. A weaponization of space warning repeated by Werhner Von Braun, covered in a previous post, should be taken seriously. You may view a past post, space junk: vanguard 1, to learn more about the issue.

There will be another layer of cover to keep knowledge of space weapons platforms hidden. In "Near Space Environment," Cecilia Colome informs readers this is not a new idea:
"As early as the 1970s NASA began to investigate the feasibility of forcing space junk into the Earth's atmosphere, where remnants not destroyed by re-entry would fall to the ground. The central idea of this project, known as Orion, was to focus a high-powered laser beam into individual debris fragments, causing their outer layers to vaporize, and creating a thrust that would deflect their orbits. The research for the Orion project demonstrated that the clean-up would be extremely expensive, mainly because of the high power required by the laser and the high cost of the adaptive optics necessary to focus energy into small objects at great distances from the ground. This idea still might serve for the future, when technology may be able to equip satellites with the high-powered lasers and enable them to "sweep" space debris into the Earth's atmosphere."Is it not possible our next big civilian space program will be celestial highways cleanup crews? The incredible costs of putting crews into orbit a cover for money transferred to black programs? The present writer isn't taking himself too seriously and sees the humor behind his suppositions, so please enjoy Rhett and Link's "Space Junk Song"! There's also a hilarious "trying not to die" alternate ending available here.
On the other hand, hidden agendas are not entirely dismissed. A top ten of near earth objects can be viewed here. NASA devotes an entire program to track near earth objects. A weaponization of space warning repeated by Werhner Von Braun, covered in a previous post, should be taken seriously. You may view a past post, space junk: vanguard 1, to learn more about the issue.
epic of gilgamesh: a narrated audio version
A reading of a semi-divine Sumerian King's search for immortality, the Epic of Gilgamesh, is available here. Thanks goes to Helvis213 for his effort in this well done production. There are other epic tales available at Helvis213's You Tube Channel. The modern version of Gilgamesh's adventure starring Dubya, while not quite an ancient epic, will provide five minutes of laughable entertainment. You may begin a very nice reading of the original epic, an interpretation of 12 clay cuneiform tablets with tablet titles in a relaxed laid-back manner by just clicking here. You may ask why the most ancient epic is included on this website find out by reading a previous post here. Gilgamesh and android companion Enkidu's adventure (pictured: Enkidu to left) takes them in search of not one but two spaceports!

clyde lewis: nazi lunatic outposts
Ground Zero Live's Clyde Lewis returns to KXL reinvigorated with fresh material from last weekend's Conspiracy Con. In a new article, "Nazi Lunatic Outposts," Lewis asks, "what if...there is more up there in space?" A brief list of lunar anomalies include the blue gem of Aristarchus crater and 1966 Lunar Orbiter 2 photograph of six or seven towers in Mare Tranquilis that seem outside the public's awareness? The writer suspending reader disbelief-to some degree-journeys further down path to test reader acceptance: "In Nazi Astronaut lore it is reported that the first landing on the moon by the Germans was at Mare Imbrium on August 23, 1942 at 11:26 MEZ, using a Miethe rocket". While an unsubstantiated claim, Lewis points out correctly the space program is virtually invisible to the public! We may be more in the dark than ever imagined! Psychic members of the Vril Society may have communicated with aliens and given plans for a space ship? The announcement of the last Shuttle mission and "an end of manned missions" seems a motivation for Lewis to revisit concept of space exploration. Lewis concludes with killing the civilian program it opens a "can of worms" as any black space program loses its cover. There are whistleblowers, according to Lewis, "...ready to blow the lid off the secret space program and possibly photos that point to possible evidence of the Nazi Lunatic Outposts."
